We had not been going to this Steak and Shake because we had heard many people complaining about it. Today we decided to see... for ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was good! The service was a little slow because the place was packedand I only saw two waitresses. They have a $3.99 menu where you get a burger, fries, a choice of a second side, and a cookie! Beat that anywhere! One burger choice is even a TRIPLE! Try it! Read more
I will start by saying the high chairs and the changing tables were absolutely hands down the cleanest I've used EVER from ANY... restaurant!!! THANK YOU!!!! The waitress was the BEST waitress we've EVER had at ANY location. I can describe her to a T butunfortunately forgot her name. First time that I've been to this location. Food was good, but service was not. Had to wait to be seated, had plenty of empty... booths. Took 10 minutes to get my milkshake after I ordered, and an easy 20 minutes after that to get my burger and fries. Andon top of that, I didn't get my cookie with my order. Not sure if they got new staff, but service and food was great today! Our waitress, Dawn, was outstanding. She helped us along... with others tables when they needed help and the front register. She was professional, sweet and checked all the food beforebringing it out to customers. She?s definitely management material in our eyes! Read more
Good food and shakes, friendly enough staff. But the bathrooms are always dirty. Also - Don't come here past midnight if you... wan't your food in less than ten minutes. Half the time in the drive-thru they don't even get the order right. 3/5 Read more
