This is our favorite location! Always clean, great staff, and great food. Today was the first and only time we have ever had an... issue with our steaks being incorrect. Our amazing waitresses Christina and Julia did a great job taking care of us, andmanagement went above and beyond to make it right. I'm from Cincinnati area, first time in Lancaster. I stopped in for dinner, got seated right away. Took quite a moment for the... waitress to stop by and acknowledge me and get my drink. Took for ever for the salad to come out. The service was good butextremely slow. The food was amazing I got the 6oz sirloin well done , yes well done and for once it was and wasn't dry at all.It was still juicy and tender and amazing flavor. Great place to eat and what an up beat atmosphere! Our waitress was absolutely amazing!! All the Staff were friendly and... helpful. It was very busy, we were told about 1/2hr wait and we ended up only having to wait about 15mins. My only suggestion toppl is order your steak 1 up from what u like. If you like med. Order med.
