This is our favorite location! Always clean, great staff, and great food. Today was the first and only time we have ever had an... issue with our steaks being incorrect. Our amazing waitresses Christina and Julia did a great job taking care of us, andmanagement went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did management comp our meal, but also replaced it in its entirety. Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had in a franchised restaurant. Read more
I'm from Cincinnati area, first time in Lancaster. I stopped in for dinner, got seated right away. Took quite a moment for the... waitress to stop by and acknowledge me and get my drink. Took for ever for the salad to come out. The service was good butextremely slow. The food was amazing I got the 6oz sirloin well done , yes well done and for once it was and wasn't dry at all.It was still juicy and tender and amazing flavor. They had amazing service! My family of 5 was seated immediately with no reservation!Our server was so kind and was consistent... with filling our drinks and getting anything we needed within a blink of an eye! We love this location and drive specifically to it. Last nights food was overly salty to the point I couldn’t eat some of it. ... My side of mushroom (love these) two forks and I was done. I ordered the prime rib of which is normally very good. Last nightonce again way to much salt took 3/4 of it home and fed it to my dogs - they loved it!!!! I always give this restaurant 5 starsbut last night wasn’t up to par. Read more

Great place to eat and what an up beat atmosphere! Our waitress was absolutely amazing!! All the Staff were friendly and... helpful. It was very busy, we were told about 1/2hr wait and we ended up only having to wait about 15mins. My only suggestion toppl is order your steak 1 up from what u like. If you like med. Order med. Well, we order our steaks med. And they were moremed. Rare, which was fine for me and my husband but not so much my son. Read more
