My mashed potatoes were ice cold. The server brought me another plate which was good and hot. My wife's burger looked like it... was put together from three pieces of beef. The onion looked the the top of a new onion. Instead of leaves of lettuce it was onehuge chunk of lettuce as thick as the burger. I realize good help is hard to find but someone should be looking at the qualityof the food. Read more
I came into the Resteraunt around 430 in the afternoon...Was greeted very rudely by Michelle (picture of her hiding face) who... told me she couldn't seat me and she would put me on a wait list.... The resteraunt was 90 percent empty...I asked why and sherudely said she had no one to wait on me for at least 15 minutes.....I said I could wait at a table as I was in no hurry...Shesaid it was policy that she coul not do that...I asked to see a Manager who tried to back her up...As this was happening Augusta the excellent waitress said I could be seated in her section....I was begrudgingly brought over by Michelle thehostess.... Not a bad visit but this place is unclean. I got my drink and there was this green sticky substance sticking to the inside of my... cup. Sent it back no problem. Food wasn?t the best but not the worst. My chicken was pretty charred. The hardwood floors aresticky especially in the bathroom. Immediately after paying our bill I got sick and spent 10 minutes in their bathroom so yeah?.Wouldn?t eat here if you?re worried abt cleanliness ???? Read more
Very busy around 6 pm, very awesome server. This was her second day working in this Lancaster,Pennsylvania location. She was so... friendly and outgoing. They were short staffed due to the 45 minute wait for table. Waited outside gave phone number, went backin after 45 minutes and hostess said they called. Showed her my phone and no call. I asked if they dial one first, told herwhen giving her the name and number we were from our of state not a local phone number. Hostess said wasn't her mistake andhurry up to table and was very rude about no call or walking outsde to bench to get us. Sever apologize but wasn't her mistake.Hostess needs more training. Worst service we ever have received in a restaurant. After waiting 15 min to get seated (not unexpected as it was 6:30 and full)... we ordered an appetizer and 2 simple meals. Our appetizer arrived and was enjoyed, but after 30 min AFTER the appetizer wasfinished our waiter finally asked if we had received our food. We said no, he then told us something was wrong with thier posand our order was not put in. We patiently waited another 45 min before deciding to leave. They said we had to pay for ourappetizer (our drinks where water or im sure they would have charged us for those to). They could not figure out how to take offthe entrees so after several minutes I just left $20 (a lot more then the appetizer) and left the restaurant. Do not recommendstopping here anymore Read more

My experience at this location was great. I sat at the bar because there was a wait for other seating. The bar associate was... pleasant, professional, and attentive. The food came out quick and was fresh. I had a wild berry smoothie which was also good. Read more
Stopped in to watch the world series, eat some apps and have a drink. The TVs were not working so... Finally got one of them on.... Apps were good, bar tender was good but the place was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Read more
