It was the first time in awhile the food was really good. Infact I stopped going here for awhile. But it was much better
They seem to make their own hours. If you show up and they don?t feel like working anymore, they will turn out all the outside... lights and shoe you away when you pull up to the driveway while they are outside smoking. This place is a joke. Read more
The place always looks closed at night, all the lights off, sometimes someone will take your order, other times they say they're... closed, it's a cr*p shoot, sign on the window says 10PM but has never been right. They could probably save a lot of money byjust closing at 6 every night and at least being consistent, rather than paying those kids that you can see are in there throughthe window to drink soda and goof off. Thought I would try the new gyro. What a joke. It doesn?t look anything like their pictures or like a gyro other than it was... served on a pita bread. The beef was the same as on any Arby sandwich and not marinated as expected from the store photos. Therewas a lot of meat and a little cucumber sauce?? Maybe it was that but mostly just watery mayo. And lettuce and tomato. Also thecondiment station was out of ketchup and the counter was messy. The young lady behind the cash register was very pleasant andwilling to help. However, trying to refill the catsup dispenser was a huge challenge. She tried over and over to make that bagof catsup fit, but the dispenser just wouldn?t cooperate. It needs to be replaced. I waited 50 minutes in the drive-thru, unable to get out of line due to a curb/bushes. Get to the window, they make me pull up... ahead...I wait there for 15 minutes. An unpleasant teenager then brought out my food and didn't even apologize for the wait. Myentire meal was not even in the bag, but I drove off due to extreme frustration. I phoned in in an attempt to speak with amanager, phone rang 12 times with no answer or answering machine. This is unacceptable, it wasn't even rush hour, it was 7:25pm. Read more
Was in the shopping center as part of my errands. Went in to order and eat before continuing to my next stop. Waited a little... while to be helped, then was told I'd need to take my order to go. Um, no? I can't eat in my car, and I won't be home for morethan an hour. Luckily McDonalds is open. If you don't want people to shop there, lock the doors and put up big closed signs, soI don't waste my time. Read more
This Arby's has really gone downhill since the start of the pandemic. From closing at 7:00 and 8:00 for a year to the quality of... the food being noticeably worse almost every single time that I go here then it used to be. I reviewed this place as a 4 threeyears ago, and I would give it 0 stars if I could today. It's expensive- though everywhere is. But the food just isn't good. Myorder today had burnt fries that have clearly been sitting out for God knows how long, a turnover that is just pure dough, and abrisket sandwich without two of the four ingredients it comes with. I spent $14 on this meal and I'm going to throw away about$12 of it because it's trash and that's where it deserves to be. Fix your s*** Arby's. Don't go here. Read more
