Love their vegan/vegetarian options. I was not expecting to have the best impossible burger of my life at Arooga's, but I'll... tell you what, it's fantastic. The VG wings are good, too. It's a little dingy inside the dining area and too loud at the bar,but if you're looking for a sports bar environment with the televisions on full blast, this is certainly it. Read more
First time here and this Stromboli was everything! Definitely will be going again and having more of those electric... lemonades???? ***UPDATE*** Absolutely nothing to complain about! Actually everything was perfect from service and food tosetting and drinks. We got a Stromboli again but oh my what a boli, pretzel dough and the marinara sauce was delicious. Also hada perfectly cooked medium burger on a pretzel roll as well????. This time I went for a Long Island and it was delicious and wellbalanced (I got 2). Amazing experience again, from the greeting we received from the friendly bar staff to the server going outof his way to get a propane tank to get us a fire going even though we were the only ones there outside, they did an excellentjob to make us want to keep going back. Got hungry late at night and looked for a place with gluten-free options so my partner could eat- our wait staff, Jenny and... Kelly, were very friendly and helpful in ensuring my partner could eat safely. The food was excellent and the late nightatmosphere was relaxing. I'm definitely coming here to eat again! Read more
This place has gone down hill since day one. Every single time we get take out there is stuff missing from the order. Ask for a... specific sauce to not be on the burger and it?s on the burger. It?s clearly states what should be in the bag and what isrequested to not be on the food and they bypass it with carelessness. 2 stars because the food is good but the people running itare clueless. Started going here back when they first opened and over time it started to decline. Finally decided to have lunch there Sunday... afternoon and ran into one of the originals Wanda! I have been going to aroogas for quite some time, but this month that the World Cup is being played, I think is the best place... to go to watch world cup games, having in consideration that most places doesn't even care about soccer in the US, arooga's hasbeen my place to go and eat/drink these past two weeks without doubt. The food is always good and the drinks are cheap, obviously because the games are being played from 11am to 4pm, so it is like being there during a happy hour, win win situationfor me. Read more
