We found this place quite by accident when we were traveling through the area. The restaurant was very beautiful and clean. The... staff was all very friendly and kind. Several things we ordered they had run out of which we were a little bummed about this butwe figured they were probably busier earlier because there’s a lot of sports games going on throughout the day. We definitelyunderstood and we ordered other food but that’s probably something they should take into consideration. Everything we orderedwas very tasty and we’d like to come back again if we are in the area. I did take notice that they raise money for cysticfibrosis through the sale of their desert called the Pizookie. I thought that was really great! We were full or we would haveordered one. We saw several other people eating them and they look delicious. We also noticed some other employees that appearedto be differently abled. Sitting at the bar, waiting to order dessert. Looked at the online menu. The bartender left to go eat his lunch. I see him... nearby, behind me, eating HIS meal. He removed my lunch tray, then walked away for his lunch. Guess I’ll go along my way,maybe I can pay my tab at the main desk. My burger sliders were pretty bad. Buns were stale, freezer burn too. Fries weresemi-warm. The person who dropped off my food, at that very moment, asked me “how is everything?” I responded, how would Iknow, it just arrived? I’m a little dumbfounded by that conversation. Doubt I’ll return. I remember when they first opened,had good service. Times change. I blame it squarely on poor training, which equates to poor management. Update: ten minuteshave passed. Bartender has gotten up to check on drink orders, 6-7 times. He’s had to pass by me twice each time. Stilltotally ignoring me. Back at his table, enjoying his lunch. A few servers sit down with him, having some one on one time. Iwonder if there customers are being ignored as well? My glass will soon be empty. I wonder if he’ll notice. He did,eventually, I asked for my check. I typically tip, starting at 30%. Not today. Food was cold and bland. The Mother’s Day prime rib special was by far the worst prime rib I’ve ever been served. The... waitress (Alexa) was nice and did her best but it was obvious the kitchen staff was to blame. We weren’t the only ones withissues either, two tables near us had similar issues. There are tones of options in the area so don’t make the mistake ofgoing here. Read more
Our waiter’s service was mediocre at best, he did the bare minimum. He was not friendly, personable, or even very talkative.... It was clean throughout the restaurant & the food was pretty good, which is why it gets a 4 start as opposed to a 3 or lower.While I am not counting down the days to return, they did have good food & I would recommend it! This was not my favorite place. The combination of mediocre service, food quality, and lack of items on the menu being... available, it just wasn’t a great experience. First, our server did not know very much about the items on the menu. He didn'tknow what they had available and he didn’t know about the dishes that were listed. Second, while my burger was good, and Iwas shocked that it was made correctly after the server didn’t understand what I wanted when I asked for it to be cooked onthe flat top or a pan instead of grilled, the food quality itself wasn’t very good. My husband got a very stringy and inediblepiece of chicken. Finally, they are out of three of the items that were listed on the menu that I requested. I understand thatwe are dealing with shortages right now, however, don’t leave them on the menu. Also, they could include a list on the websiteor just something when they give out the menus to let the customer know what they are out of. If we happened to be in the areawe would likely give them another shot. Read more
Amazing food! Drinks are really really good! I recommend the tacos for the appetizer! If you haven't tried their pizookie,... please do! They are amazing & so yummy! We had Shane for our waiter, he was wonderful and great! He had everything right, veryfast and super nice! All of their employees are so pleasant and hard workers! The atmosphere was great! Overall it is a good place with a good variety of beer. Food is average. I ordered the burger rare and it came out medium... well. Also, the menu shows a lunch special on the weekends and we ordered a lunch special at noon and when the bill came out itwas the full dinner price. The server said the menu isn’t updated but it was online. One nice thing was the kids menu and theserver was extremely friendly. Read more
We will looking for a place to grab a bite after visiting the mall and it was located conveniently right there. Very well... appointed with a nicely decorated atmosphere. We didn't wait too long to be seated. Pretty good menu options and the food wasdelicious. We had the sirloin tip with half rack of ribs Plus the salmon. Portion sizes were good . When they did not have theappetizer that we wanted the manager comped us with a free dessert. Nice drink menu and good wait staff. Overall very niceplace. Would eat there again. Read more
