My order was taken right away (In-store). My order was quickly filled; burgers were wrapped nicely, fry container filled... generously. Food was hot and delicious! Interior and exterior of business was clean and presentable I witnessed a lot ofcustomer traffic from the drive-thru and walk-ins. This says a lot about the service and quality of the food.. Just stopped in, in hopes I could get King Jr meals for the kids. Staff went above and beyond to make it happen (even though I... was 30 mins early and they were still serving breakfast!). Fries were hot and tasty! This is our favorite BK in the area! Read more

Very disappointed if I was able to give a NO STAR AT ALL I would they don't even deserve one drive-thru staff very disrespectful... very unprofessional and on top of that I was given the wrong order I don't usually complain I usually give retail the benefit ofthe doubt because I did retail before and I know how it is but this one cross the line and I know that some customers can bedisrespectful but that doesn't mean that you could take your frustration or not greet your customers or whatever the case may bethat you're going through don't take it out on everybody else cuz it's not our fault you want to please your customers befriendly and you don't have to be professional to do that you want your customers to come back double check your orders beforethey go out the door or the window Read more

The service I received tonight was less than desirable. I understand that many places are short staffed, but if they are short... staffed, then they should only have the drive-through open and close the lobby. The girl who took my order was new and asked forthe wrong thing, so my order was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, but someone should have been supervising her if shewas new. The manager was trying the best she could, but they should only handle what they have the people to handle. Read more

This is usually my go to for burger King but this visit the lady taking my order tonight was very rude. I don't know if she was... having a bad day or if she was just ready to go because it was the end of the night. Either way she needs better customerservice. Read more

Everytime I go to this place it?s always some issue. Missing food understaffed dirty long waits. I?m literally at the speaker... box right now waiting for order for over 15 mins and I have time to write this review. You can tell the owner either doesn?tknow what?s going on or has given up. I hope everyone reads this and goes to McDonald?s 5 feet away where it doesn?t take atotal of 30-45 mins to order. Well I didn't have a good service. The employees had sad faces and I waited 20 minutes for my order and they brought it but was... missing food and I waited 10 more minutes and went inside and wrong order again . I was a mess. I think that if they don't haveemployees to do lobby and drive thru then they should close lobby and leave drive thru open. But to do lobby and drive thru openand have employees with sad faces and a manager telling you things is not right Read more
