Just don't bother coming here. If i could give 0 stars I would. I've been here several times hoping to get a better experience,... but have yet to. Today was the worst I've had yet. I placed my order in the drive through. It was read back correct but, Icouldn't double check as the drive through screen wasn't operational. I get to the 1st window, my order is read back, and it'sincorrect. But, my card had already been swiped. The manager had to come give me a small refund. I was never given a receipt soI can only guess that what I was given was priced correctly. The 2nd drive through operator literally stuck her body out of thewindow while I was waiting for my refund to motion me forward as if I was some Neanderthal who'd never been through a drivethrough. When I got the 2nd window her demeanor never changed. As I drove away I checked my order. It was the wrong sandwichesand I was missing an item. I was already crunching time at this point, but went in to get my correct order. It was fixed. But,my food was cold and stale. I must reiterate. Just don't bother coming here. Read more

So I just moved here and I go to this Burger King cuz I?m used to Burger King. However I pull in the drive through I open my app... but it?s not loading..this guy gets on the over-com asking is everything okay out there and I explained that the app wasn?tloading this guy is like oh well I thing there?s people in the line. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru line to place our order with just 1 car ahead who also waited forever just to place their... order. As others have said, the employees seem to hate their jobs. Very disinterested and unfriendly. Poor experience Read more
I understand that working in retail and fast food in particular is a challenging thing, but the service I received from this... Burger King was absolutely appalling. One day the drive through is open and the inside is not and then the next day it's theopposite. They did not put up any signs or anything to let the customers know that and they made me sit there for 3 minutesbefore letting me know. The staff do not take their jobs seriously and are generally very lazy. I have had horrible servicealmost every time I have gone and I will never be going back. If I could give this Burger King a half star, I would. Read more
Ordered a whopper Jr & not only was it thrown together & it looked like it was dug outta the trash but it had tons of mayo &... ketchup on it! It was the nastiest, sloppy looking burger I EVER SAW! They weren't even busy! 1 car in front of me & I was inthe drive thru for 18 mins! By far the worst! I sure took it back! I should have been offered something or apologized too! Toomuch like right! The "manager" didn't even apologize for me being inconvenienced by having to come back there! She acted like Idid something wrong! How hard is it to put a burger together neatly? Fries were good. Burger had way too much mayo, all the toppings kept slipping out. Messy and hard to enjoy.
