I love all food but this was an utter disappointment. I ordered a round of food and used the app to get my discount but they... don't take the discount even though it was a discount for this location. I then ordered a chicken sand-which instead, but theydidn't have those. I then ordered a rodeo burger but they were out of the onion rings. I then settled for some chicken nuggetsand a chicken sandwhich but I only got 1 of my two orders of nuggets. A guy I ordered with got his whopper without any toppingson it. What a house of horrors. Tried to order the Double QP at the Roherstown Rd location and was told that I could only purchase this specific burger with a... coupon code. They wouldn't even sell it to me at full price. Good food at a great price. Coupons in the mail and news paper. Value meals, shakes,and pies. The whopper is a great sandwich,... and I love the fries. No inside dining. Drive through order and pick-up. Large free parking lot with handicap parking andentrance with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible, but on inside dining at this time. Unfortunately this location does not participate in most national deals done by other locations so you have to pay more for your... meal than at a standalone location. This also means that some of the newer menu items will not be served here. They do gain astar back though by having decent service and usually getting the order right. Though this location is at times understaffed socan be kinda slow. This location is good for a quick fix when you don't want to leave the mall but I will likely be going toother locations. Read more
Well its 8:40 PM and I came to buy a soda and they said it was closed when they are supposed to be open until 9pm. Do not buy... anything here, they are disrespectful and rude. What a lack of ethics and customer service. Read more
