Cafe 24 hundred is a restaurant inside the DoubleTree resort. We decided to eat here while staying at this hotel instead of... driving out. The restaurant was not busy during our visit, as it was practically empty minus the seats at the bar, which iswhere we sat as well. This review is for dinner only. It took a moment for the bartender to get to us, but she was the only oneworking front of house. No big deal. We ordered a few drinks before ordering an appetizer, (fried mozzarella) and our maincourses: a cheeseburger and loaded nachos. It took some time for the food to arrive, and we were disappointed to see that theappetizer came with our main course, not before. Everything showed up hot and fresh and the food was appetizing. Prices weresurprisingly reasonable considering the restaurant is located within a hotel! Overall, I do recommend eating at Cafe 24 Hundredif you find yourself stating at the resort. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Little variety, food was cold. For $14.99 pp... Next time I'll know better, Hard pass!

Great people, but the food is....not good. Very few options and of the options there's not one vegetarian entree.

Really gone down hill over the years. Dining experience is just fine, where it used to be good and before that was great. Bar... area is fine although our bartender disappeared for like 5-10 minutes while we had empty drinks (only like 8 people at the barand 4 were our party). But at least in both the restaurant and bar the staff always seemed to be working pretty hard andrunning lean so I try not to blame them as much as the management and chain as a whole. Read more

This review is only for breakfast. Floor was sticky and buffet was motor-lodge quality. Nothing gross, just nothing special.

I ordered 3 items to-go, in which 2 of the items had issues. They completely forgot to include one item, in which I had to run... back to the restaurant to get; the other item in question was something that I did not even order. We did not touch theincorrect item and attempted to return it to the restaurant in the morning. The manager did not seem interested in correctingthe situation and basically blamed me for not coming back a THIRD time last night to swap out the item. All-in-all I received a"credit" for the exact amount, down to the cent, of what the incorrect item costs. I basically had to prove myself to therestaurant manager and demand that I receive some kind of money back I was overlooked twice as I was waited to be helped at thehost station, while other parties that arrived to the same location that I was standing were helped immediately - This happenedduring both breakfast and lunch, not during the preciously described incident. Two stars is a far fall from last years reviewof 5 stars in which customer satisfaction was first priority and never questioned or rebutted. I chose two stars because thefood was at least good but the gesture to make things right could have been more generous considering the amount of money wehave spent at the restaurant within the last 18 hours.
