My kids came up, ordered 4 meals and were treated with blatant disrespect. Received 2 fries (missing 2 orders of fries) and when... she took the receipt back up, worker refused to look at the receipt and said they didn't order meals when the receipt saidsomething different. Absolutely disrespectful service. This is the second and last time it happens. The time prior to this acustomer had trouble reading the menu and the employee kept saying "its right there" while pointing to the menu in a degradingtone. The customer walked away. Excellent food. My Coke was flat but this happens. The cashier didn't tell me I would need my number to get my order so I had to... dig it out of my pocket. Very reasonable price especially for ranch sauce cheese and bacon on the fries. I don't think I've everhad a truly bad experience here. They are supposedly open till 7. This is a lie. As soon as it turns 6:30-6:45 they just stop taking orders, even if there is no... line. The laziest and rudest employees. The one in camp hill is manages by the owner and it is the BEST customer serviceexperience. i had ordered a large chicken california meal (that the cashier had confirmed was a large) to share while my brother had ordered... a medium chicken philly for himself. there was no difference size wise for the two meals. there was the same amount of fries,the sandwiches were the same size, and even the drinks were the same size. for my meal i had requested no other veggies exceptpickles, the cashier had confirmed by saying ?no veggies okay? and when i got my sandwhich there was no ranch on the sandwhich.i would be less mad about that if i didn?t pay extra for the same size as a medium. honestly very upset for spending extra moneythat was not needed for an order that was made wrong. I ordered a 6 inch bacon cheese steak 3 cheese. Was pretty good. The portion was perfect. The bread was fresh. I got fries and... they were good. My son stole half of them from me. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely eat there again. Read more
