Here we go again, me sharing another treasure of the Lancaster area. Chelsea's Arepa Kitchen has been around for quite a few... years, established on Hempstead rd @ the entrance to lowes and best buy. Here, I'll let Chellas Arepa Kitchen tell their ownstory. Please go indulge in this Latin cultural cuisine. Combining our love for cooking with our Latin heritage, we set out tobring something new to Lancaster. The result was fresh Peruvian cuisine and Venezuelan-inspired arepas. Those who?ve taken theirtaste buds on a trip to the southern hemisphere are blown away by the unique tastes and sensations. We put pride into every mealprepared in our kitchen and use only quality ingredients ? something that makes a big difference when it comes to taste. We wantevery Pennsylvanian to be able to gather and enjoy our food: That?s why all of our meals are completely gluten-free, and weoffer options for vegans and vegetarians. So come on by our little island and try something new ? you?ll be glad you did. Read more

My wife put me onto this place. It?s one of her top favorite places to go. I got the la Roxxanne and it was amazing. A bit small... but the flavor was amazing. I tried my wife?s brussel sprouts and I don?t like brussel sprouts.. but even those were good. Thisplace is great Read more

A fantastic little restaurant that some locals referred me to. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful,... despite me ordering just before they closed. Overall, a great experience. Read more

I enjoyed this place very much. The food is delicious although a bit on the pricy side. The owner and staff are very friendly... and there is seating outdoors. Parking is limited on site but lots of parking across the street. I plan to be back sometime as Ienjoyed the food and there are some more dishes I want to experience. Read more

If you haven't treated yourself to Chellas, go ahead and give yourself permission to do so. Prices are a little up there (as... everything else these days) but the portion was good and the food was fresh and amazingly tasty and satisfying. Read more

Absolute favorite, and must try. Add to the list of restaurants to bring your out of town friends to impress them. I had the... Pernil Arepa, and Inca Sprouts. Don?t sleep on the sprouts! They are crunchy outside, and the pineapple glaze was sooo good! Andthey sell coke, and Jarritos. There?s parking on the side, and picnic tables to eat there. The staff is incredibly nice, andwelcoming. They play good jams too. Read more

My husband found this sweet little gem. We were in Lancaster for a soccer tournament and we were starving. He went alone to get... our food. My phone was soon being blown up with photos and text messages. Needles to say the food was so awesome that we stuckaround Sunday after our game was over, until it opened at 11am . It?s great gathering spot for families, friends and just warm& welcoming. Staff/owner are very kind. There?s corn hole, ???? pit, and colorful music filling your ears. I highly recommendthis place if you?re looking for a great gathering spot, amazing flavorful food, priced and worth every $ this is it!!! I wishwe lived closer. Thank you for a great experience and great food!!! ???? Read more
