Compared to other Chick-fil-As, this location seems a bit less efficient for some reason. The employees certainly look like... they're working very hard but maybe there's just too much traffic for this location and it's not as easily manageable. Afterwaiting nearly 20 minutes, I finally watched them place my order on the pickup stand and got a message that my order was ready,but then waited about 10 more minutes for 4 sodas to be made. I don't fault the employees at all. The place was swarmed withpeople and they were doing their best. But this is not the place if you're in a rush. Plan to wait awhile. Read more

This was literally the most courteous way I ever had a fast food bag packed. ???????????? they like put napkins on top of... the fries so the fries don?t get cold and then out the sauces on top so it wasn?t unsanitarily touching the fries. Literally amazing service. Wow. Very efficient and friendly staff. With a packed inside dining room and many cars in the drive... through, I ordered at the desk and had my food within about 10 minutes. Everything about my order was correct and they were soquick I was surprised. Great service and nice staff. Definitely recommend coming here if you like Chick Fil A ! Read more
My husband and I just ate at this Chick-Gil-A Lancaster and we have to give great praise to Kyle who took our order. He was... polite, thoughtful and extremely careful in getting our order correct. It was extremely busy during the time we were there andour order was received hot and quickly. Shortly after we were eating a sweet young lady, Sarah approached us and called myhusband by name and said,?Tim we think you have the wrong sandwich.? To which my husband asked her if she wanted what was leftof what he was eating ???? She assured him no and the new sandwich was his. What a wonderful way to end our dinner at thisrestaurant. I can?t recommend this restaurant enough to people.I am a regular to this location and love that they know me by name. I went in... to get food while having a bad day and and one of the employees, Vivian, took the time to stop and ask me how I was doing. Shewent above and beyond her job to talk with me and make sure I was ok as well as offer words of encouragement and really helpedmake my day better. It might be fast food but they really do try their best to take care of every customer that walks in thedoor. Read more
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. My biscuit was smaller than normal. But my fruit cup was not as fresh as it should have been. The... strawberries were mushy and the apples were like they were cut a couple of days ago. The Sausage bowl was just thrown together. I have had better at other locations. Maybe they were short staffed? Or training? Either way not the usual service or productthat I am use to with Chick-fil-A. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I let the pictures speak for themselves and you make your ownjudgement. UPDATE -BEEN OVER 40 DAYS- they responded to the review for resolution. However they never responded to me with aresolution.
