I am rating the clerk, not the food or restaurant. My first time in Chipotle. I wasn't sure what to expect. The guy behind the... counter was patient while he explained the process and gave ordering tips. The person before us took a significantly long timeand then we took a long time, so there were several people lining up behind us. But the clerk kept his cool and went through theprocess without making us feel hurried. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. I felt like a valued customer. Read more
Pleasantly surprised. Had dinner there for 1st time ever. Walked in and didn't think much of the decor or seating. You go to... the line and pick out what you want and they assemble it right there.
