The quality here depends on the day unfortunately. Some times EVERYTHING is perfect and delicious, some others the meat is full... of gristle and other details are wrong or missing. It would be nice if the place could ensure consistency. Read more

I am rating the clerk, not the food or restaurant. My first time in Chipotle. I wasn't sure what to expect. The guy behind the... counter was patient while he explained the process and gave ordering tips. The person before us took a significantly long timeand then we took a long time, so there were several people lining up behind us. But the clerk kept his cool and went through theprocess without making us feel hurried. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. I felt like a valued customer. Read more
Pleasantly surprised. Had dinner there for 1st time ever. Walked in and didn't think much of the decor or seating. You go to... the line and pick out what you want and they assemble it right there. It was actually very tasty! Large portions and whatseemed like a good value for the price. We will be back to try other dish combinations. Read more
Fantastic food and portions but abysmal service. I approached the overweight older gentlemen on the line with a greeting and was... blatantly ignored. Very rude and I would understand if it were busy and stressed but there were 4 people in the whole place. Ithen politely tol him that the delicious watermelon limeade that?s advertised everywhere was out, to which he loudly barked?okay.? After he moved the order down the line I was given no goodbye, have a nice day, or thank you. He also told no one aboutthe limeade and it proceeded to be out until I made the cashier aware. She made and got it in 2 minutes with a smile. I alsowitnessed two different employees eat while on the floor, 2 feet across from the line, Standing directly over multiple bags ofchips for customers. Sitting across the room I could hear rap music blaring from a speaker coming from the kitchen withmultiple curse words. I could tell you the exact song. Food tasted great as usual and portions were good. I was fortunate enoughto come before they were out of all rice for allegedly over an hour. Awesome food, abysmal service. Read more
Chipotle is always tasty but dont order online because they didnt even provide one portion of carnitas meat when (double was... ordered). Put a bunch of greens to add volume. Go in person so you can make sure they put enough meat Update (5 months later):Ordered online again double meat on tacos. (See taco pic for that double portion) They arent even trying at this point. Justavoid ordering online, you have to see them physically put meat on your entree or prob just dont order at all. Read more
*WARNING* don?t DoorDash from this chipotle. They will get either your order wrong or do such a poorly job of make your bowl... that you will lose your appetite by just looking at it. I paid 17$ for one bowl ONE and this is what I received? verysubstandard job by the staff, they should be embarrassed. Read more
Don't go alot, not as good as it use to be. Protein now is dry and little amount. Chicken mainly. Beef is hit or miss. More... on well done and dry. $20.00 for 2 bowls. Not bad but again use to get more over all. Not looking like one's advertised on TVcommercial. Be awhile till I go back again. I get them to go. Read more
