I am usually not one to leave reviews and sound like a Karen but I?ve never had an experience at a Chipotle like I did at this... place. The counter was dirty, tables were not wiped down, utensils and napkins weren?t stocked, the juice station was empty,they didnt have guacamole or chips, and had 3 workers on duty. I had to wait about 15 minutes in line to finally order my food.I don?t think I will be coming back to this place. Read more

I love Chipotle, but this location seems like it frequently misses the mark. It appears that this Chipotle has been understaffed... since Covid and it shows. My online orders have been consistently late by 10-15 minutes. I'm really hoping they can get thissorted out. Read more

Horrible is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and eat absolutely anywhere else but this place! Even Moe?s is much... better. I?m literally the only person in line. About 8 workers wondering around, barely doing anything. Nobody greets me ortakes my order for over 10 mins. The staff is an absolute joke. The food they made was cold and sloppy. This establishment has been hit or miss with service. Recently, we went as a family for diner and received a positive... experience. One young man even took the extra step to ask if I was a first responder, in order to receive a discount on laterpurchases (don?t remember name). Another clerk, Maddy, always makes sure that her portions are accurate and fair. She pridesherself on meeting customer expectations. Most recently, I had a complete JOKE of an experience. Staff had run out of 3-4 fooditems. Kitchen had 6 staff members with only 2 visibly hustling. Server was so quiet that she couldn?t accurately register ourchoices and gave meager portions. We received one bowl that was under %50 capacity and charged full price. Absolutely notshowing awareness of the situation. If someone asks for 3 items. "Great service and fast. Even when theirs a long line things are quick. (There's also almost never a long line!) Food is always... fresh and never have had any issues with this Chipotle. It's quick, convenient, great tasting, and sometimes I make pit stop toStarbucks! :)" This was my previous review, over the course of the last 8 months, the service has gone down greatly in quality.The food is inconsistently either ok or just bad. More and more frequently the guacamole is just awful. There are large chunksof avacado. And here is my last straw, I got a small side of guac and the whole thing was just chunks of avacado. WHERE'S THEGUAC?!?! This is my last time for this Chipotle.
