Ordered a medium chai latte in drive thru about 7:30 am. Woman handed me a very small cup and I asked if that was the medium (I... had paid for medium)? She rolled her eyes, took back the cup, and shut the window. Several minutes later I was handed my largerdrink. Sadly, when I pulled away and took a sip, realized it was coffee. At this point about 8 cars in drive thru so I wentinside to ask for chai. Guy happily made it... it was horrible, didn't taste like it usually does elsewhere (and there in thepast). GO ELSE WHERE! Do not waste ur money n time at this place! Coffee tastes watered down. So next time I added shot of espresso and... it still tasted watered down! $4 down the drain! Another day, they have NO FOOD just drinks. Like what?! Read more
Very rude staff and the food and coffee tasted disgusting. I was standing in the store for a few minutes and multiple staff... members looked over at me without acknowledging me and then finally someone told me the store was closed for pick up only anddrive through through only. Not sure why this couldn?t have been said sooner, I am not on your time. Read more
Not the fastest. Poor communication. Drinks were not that great. Two different people speaking and taking orders at once. No one... at the second window. I had to change my order because the cashier kept saying the wrong thing back, so I tried to make it easyand just agreed. Very disappointed. Read more
Walking into the store and they were very friendly and made excellent coffee! Wonderful all-around experience!
Worst DD I've ever been to and that's not an exaggeration. They never get the drinks right. No milk, no flavor or less shots... than it should have are just a common day here. I've got an americano that tasted like water with a splash of coffee. Anothercommon thing is to give warm coffee when you order hot expecting you'll take long enough to get there to not notice, somethingthat i never do because I only order here when I'm leaving the grocery store in the same shopping center.
