The food was delicious! Flavorful and well portioned. Initially when we arrived, the staff at the front was not friendly. She... did greet us or make us feel welcomed. Our server, on the other hand, was fantastic! She was attentive and made the diningexperience worth going back for. The atmosphere was cozy and felt authentic. The waitress was very pleasant and fast. It was a nice lunch.
I had a meal with my wife. We are from Mexican background and we can say that the food is far from authentic. Tortillas were dry... and cold. The sauce on the enchiladas was not sufficient. I grew up in a restaurant. It is VERY rare I leave a bad review for a restaurant. I'm not sure I've ever left a review. Anyway,... the food tasted like addicts were preparing it. I ordered from uber eats and the lids were literally all coming off, the bagwasn't even stapled shut. Wide open. I am physically sick and I'm not sure if it's my nerves or the few bites I did take. I used to go there a lot about 4 years ago and whenever I would order the Santa Fe nachos like they would give you around plate... and feel that plate all the way around and for the price it was awesome. I went there recently and ordered the same thing Ialways ordered and they brought me an oval shape plate and can you not portion was barely for one person.
