Food is good if they get your order right. They probably mess it up 3 out of 5 times. This location for some reason seems to... always forget to put the complete order in the bag. I don't understand. I gave three stars because the food is good for a fast-food place; however, it is not the Ritz. Today I ordered 1 regular... hamburger, 1 little cheeseburger, 1 order of large fries, and 2 drinks. The bill was $35.03. Let me say that again $35.03. Iwas expecting $20.00, because the fries are made from fresh potatoes. But $35.00!!! for two burgers, two drinks and one friesin a place that has a dining room that looks like a laundromat?? My shock was clearly shown in my expression. The sign on thedoor says it pays $14.00 an hour, but that is really what they should have been paying all along. I paid for over 2 hours oflabor right there. That was my last visit to Two Guys. Never again will I eat at 5 guys! Went there because the place we usually go was closed. I got a cheeseburger, bacon... cheeseburger and regular fries. When we opened the bag, the amount of fries barley filled the cup and they were soggy, theburgers had a burnt taste to them like they don?t clean the grill, and the bacon was hard as a brick. The burger and fries were absolutely fresh and delicious. The staff were quick and attentive to take the order and the order was... correctly made and completed at a decent time. It's certainly a little costly for an order for two people but everything thesedays has a cost. Overall a great burger spot. Read more
