They were so FRIENDLY & just such great customer service. We don't have this luxury of the restaurant chain in our state. I... wish thT the owners would have a vision and keep them open. This was our hang out growing up the Buffalo wing & strip ice-cream. Thank U FRIENDLYs 4 our amazing memories to our friends /family. We have not eaten at Friendly's in over 15 years (locations near NYC closed). I was as we remember, great food and ice cream.... Staff was friendly and service quick even as they were shorthanded. Read more
Came in at 9pm on a Saturday was told the kitchen just closed and all we could get was icecream. After a long day at Dutch... Wonderland we were looking so forward to eat and couldn't. So we had to go somewhere else. Never have this problem at theFriendly's where I live. I think staff just wanted to go home early. Read more
Haven't been here in awhile. Was a disappointment on so many levels. Black gunk around all the vents on the ceiling tile, the... ceiling tile were sagging. Service slow as usual, so we got up and ordered out. Still a wait. Good ice cream but they don't sell prepackaged half gallons... any more. They do in NY. Seems they have reduced services and products in PA. Handel's is better anyway. Read more
Excellent food for the price. Short staffed today so service was poor.
Very busy night. The food was very delicious, but the price for the chicken tenders is absolutely ridiculous ($16.00 for 4 small... tenders, some fries, and small cole slaw). The waitress also didn't hear us a few times when my dad asked for some more icedtea. Still a very nice meal though, glad we came. Read more
