I visited Grand Central Bagel this morning and ordered two Long Island Lox bagel meals. The food was great. Question: why does... management have such an awful person at the front? Deb's need for controlling everything, down to where I stand before beingable to order, made me very uncomfortable. Her demeanor detracts from the great food. Read more

Ordered lunch, was met with a lady being very short with us about ordering. Wraps came out and they were sloppy messes of sauce... and wet lettuce acting as something of substance. Would not recommend lunch here to anyone. Breakfast is very good. Read more
I was in today for a dozen bagels and it wasn't a great visit at all. I had a $10 gift card that I received during EMS week and... wanted to use that towards my doz bagel order. The woman who rang me up after ordering had a visible attitude when she rang up adoz bagels with cream cheese package, after letting her know it's just the bagels she changed it and she very bothered by doingso. I handed her my bank card to pay the rest and she said "we don't take that unless you spend $5" i said "I don't have anycash on me" she than said "well that's the policy you can read it". She than proceeded to grab $3 out of the tip Jar, and thancashed that out and went to chuck me the nickel and I said to her "keep it I'm not coming back" She was very rude and this wasdone in front of many customers who than when outside agreed with me, not everyone has cash on them all the time and furthermorecustomers don't go around reading policies before they enter for food purchases. She should really be more understanding andpolite, I've been going here for years for my family of 4 and this isn't the first time this particular older lady gaveattitude. I love these bagels but unfortunately the last 3 take out orders were missing things .. first time my iced coffee was missing..... 2nd time there no tomatoes on my breakfast sandwich .. today no cheese or tomatoes on my egg breakfast sandwich . So amazing! Very delicious stuff! Really recommend the berries mix drink and green goddess smoothie. The only thing is the... portions... they could be bigger. Egg sandwiches only come with one egg on them so make sure to order an extra egg if youactually want an EGG sandwich and not a cheese bagel lol. I don't mind paying $11 bucks for a sandwich but come on...you gottaputt more meat on it baby! Other than that, great place to hang out and eat! Quality ingredients and great bagels! Read more
Everyone was very nice! Great coffee and delicious bagel! They were super busy yet we?re super kind and only took a just about 2... minutes for my iced coffee and 10 minutes to prepare the food! They had super cool local artist paintings that were pricesbetween $8-20 and I bought a large mushroom and frog canvas painted by her for only $20! Highly recommend this place! Read more
We went to Grand Central for the first time on a Sunday morning, which we soon discovered is their busiest time. When you walk... in, you are hit with the incredible smell of fresh bagels and coffee. The store was PACKED. Even with the long line, we waitedfor about 15 minutes tops. For three large bagels with cream cheese and a drink, it came out to around $12. The bagels wereflavorful and fresh. The service was fine, nothing to write home about, but everyone was polite enough, especially for how busyit was in the shop. I highly recommend trying a Grand Central bagel! Read more
