My wife and 2 kids stopped in for dinner on our way back from Dutch Wonderland, they were not that busy so we were expecting a... relatively quick meal. Our server Madison was pleasant but forgot our French fries and I had to go find her and ask for them,she didn't once check on us and I had to go and find her to ask her for the fries, dessert and the check. Each time I went up tofind her I found that she was spending time at a table with other workers who were on a break. Despite the few customerspresent we waited a lot longer than needed to and the service was poor. The food was good and we were pleased with the mealitself but the service was disappointing. Pickle was sliced in 2 slices. Way too much mustard on sandwich. Got a Qt. Of soup and hardly any croutons and I get yhe qts so... I know how much usually comes with. I usually don't do reviews but the quality has been going down here. Seems like if you arerunning out of items you should offer something to your customers. A rare 5 star experience! Amazing food - pickled veggies to start, pepperjack cheese soup (who knew?), the Finch, Whooping... Crane, and Hummingbird sandwiches were all fantastic (we changed the bread), and you must get the fries. So grateful for thecombo options!
