We came from somewhere else where we’d just gotten to go soda’s, asked if it was alright that we sit and order food and... bring our soda’s along, were told by the manager that it was fine, then proceeded to order two meals and a side of soup, eatand pay, and THEN the manager comes up to us “I don’t mean to be a killjoy but you actually can’t have those in here.”Like oh okay. If you don’t mean to be a killjoy then why bother us at all. Then she proceeded to scream at the employees inthe back as if it was their fault that she allowed us to bring them in. The server was EXCELLENT, however the manager needs tobe replaced. One star Read more

9-22-22 Update: Tried to give this location another chance. Restaurant was nearly empty during lunch time. Half of our lunch... order was missing. We had to go back and get it. They threw in cookies which was nice but how was half of our order missing whenthe dining room was a ghost town? My wrap lacked flavor and was just smothered in mayonnaise. It was not appetizing and left mewith a stomach ache. Very disappointed. I called ahead an order as I usually do once or twice a week. I was quoted 25 minutes.I waited about 20 minutes and headed to the restaurant as I needed to pay and anticipated waiting a few minutes for my order. There was a very large group waiting in the lobby. The older woman who is typically up front, I believe her name is Lori but I'mnot sure, was ridiculously grumpy and disgruntled. She didn't greet me or even open with "how can I help you." She immediatelystarted complaining about the large number of people waiting and that it would be at least half an hour wait. She was pointingat the customers waiting and openly complaining about their orders which they apologized to me for. I tried to interject and lether know I called ahead. She didn't ask my name. She walked back to the kitchen with a horrible attitude. Didn't come back, didn't come back.... I waited as she stood in the kitchen being rude to the other staff and I decided to leave. This is no wayto approach customers and it is completely unprofessional to openly complain about customers who were patiently waiting fortheir paid orders. I will not be back. Read more

This was just a random pick and I was pleasantly surprised. Great sandwiches. The pesto flatbread was full of flavor. Went... well with the American Ale. Read more

Loved this place. It is affordable and has good decent food at a reasonable price. They specialize in sandwiches but have other... options to choose from.Isaacs is also a brewery, and has many good ales to choose from. Coupled with a great selection of softdrinks, it has all tastes covered. The staff are all so friendly. I went back and ate there again it was that good. I don'tusually do that in my travels, as I like to see as many different places as I can. Read more

I’ve eaten at Isaacs many times and usually had a decent experience but today was very good. Best Reuben I’ve ever had there... by far. Server was pleasant and efficient. Oriole sandwich is not on the menu anymore but kitchen staff knew how to make it andwhen I brought it home to my wife she loved it and commented that it was bigger than usual. I’m anxious to repeat thisexperience. Two negatives: the deli counter with salads and deserts was removed and the deserts on the menu are limited andlackluster. Read more

The food is good and consistent, the renovated dining room is much improve. the new outside seating with trellis and fans is a... good place to sit outside and grab lunch. The service is good, but you should expect to wait for food at lunch time. Read more

Went to Lancaster to visit family and when our granddaughter suggested Isaac's, we were all in! I miss the Isaac's we used to... eat at in Hummelstown. This Isaac's was closed for renovations, which included a brewery to open some time in April. I miss thedecor of the original Isaac's with all the bright colors and flamingos and pretty birds. Also the fish tank is now gone. I guessthis decor is the sign of the times, but it appeared so sterile. Our sandwiches were still pretty much the same with a fewexceptions that have changed. I ordered my favorite Dr Browns creme soda, which they hadn't received in yet and some of theirdessert menu was also not available. There appears to be outdoor seating once weather gets warmer.Service was slow this visit. But all in all, there is an Isaac's close by when we get to Lancaster. Read more
