Over 30 minutes wait in the drive-thru just to be told they didn't have what we wanted. Then we ordered something else and they... didn't have that any longer by the time we got to the pickup window. The food was overdone and dry. I checked my order before pulling off and it should have never been given to a customer. A lady... who I think was a mgr (glasses and red striped) shirt had attitude. We went there yesterday August 13th at 2:30 pm. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and a famous bowl. Got to the window and the... Pregnant woman with dark hair and facial piercings who is supposedly the manager asked me if I got the 3 piece tender meal and Isaid yes. I paid for my meal and once I recieved the bag there was no bowl or sauce so I asked for the bowl and sauce. And thissupposed manager said, "if you weren't on the phone when I repeated your order you would of heard me and I didn't say anythingabout a Famous bowl". First of all I wasn't on my phone and if I was it wasn't any of her business . I was speaking to my motherin the passenger seat. Secondly she wasn't the original person who took my order, it was a male. So I asked her to add a bowl tomy order and she refused. Wow yall messed up my food order then refused to make it? Let me just say, that woman was the nastiestperson I've ever had to deal with in a restaurant setting. When we pulled up she was standing outside talking to a van full ofkids that was just parked there. She was ignorant and rude though out our whole interaction. Good parking and dine in now open. (They seem to close dining in 1 hour before drive throughfor those wanting to come in, you can stay until 8 if you are in before 7pm.) Good staff.
