Most food is great, fried chicken and some breaded fish and shrimp. These are the ones not so great, but not bad. Overall when I... have ordered chicken it is great. Good parking and dine in now open. (They seem to close dining in 1 hour before drive throughfor those wanting to come in, you can stay until 8 if you are in before 7pm.) Good staff. Over 30 minutes wait in the drive-thru just to be told they didn't have what we wanted. Then we ordered something else and they... didn't have that any longer by the time we got to the pickup window. The potatoes were like water. Doesn't look clean in thekitchen either. The drive-thru guy was very nice and apologetic. A lot of money for a whole lot of nothing! Read more

The food was overdone and dry. I checked my order before pulling off and it should have never been given to a customer. A lady... who I think was a mgr (glasses and red striped) shirt had attitude. The second order was not too much better when I checkedit?.no biscuit. I should have left it because It was hard as a rock. The young employee was very courteous and polite unlike themgr. Read more

Restaurant also offers Long John Silver's menu. Ordered fish and shrimp but when I asked for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce... they didn't have any. They forgot to give me one side dish. Very poorly organized. Skip this place. Read more

We went there yesterday August 13th at 2:30 pm. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and a famous bowl. Got to the window and the... Pregnant woman with dark hair and facial piercings who is supposedly the manager asked me if I got the 3 piece tender meal and Isaid yes. I paid for my meal and once I recieved the bag there was no bowl or sauce so I asked for the bowl and sauce. And thissupposed manager said, "if you weren't on the phone when I repeated your order you would of heard me and I didn't say anythingabout a Famous bowl". First of all I wasn't on my phone and if I was it wasn't any of her business . I was speaking to my motherin the passenger seat. Secondly she wasn't the original person who took my order, it was a male. So I asked her to add a bowl tomy order and she refused. Wow yall messed up my food order then refused to make it? Let me just say, that woman was the nastiestperson I've ever had to deal with in a restaurant setting. When we pulled up she was standing outside talking to a van full ofkids that was just parked there. She was ignorant and rude though out our whole interaction. Ordered the 12 pc chicken bucket and it comes with 3 " large sides" I also ordered 2 extra large sides bc they only fill up the... containers halfway. Got home and discovered they forgot to give me 1 of the large sides I ordered. There was no one there whenwe ordered so I don't know what the excuse would be to not give me everything I ordered. The chicken was horrible not cooked allthe way through. I will never go back to this location not worth it at all. Read more

How are you going to have your store under construction and not have any way of telling customers. I came over 30 mins to get... some seafood and Sat at the drive thru for over 5 mins honking and calling out hello. No answer! I even asked on of the guysworking outside if the store was open. I went to go inside and order and saw a construction site. So unacceptable! Also tried tocall number form online and it was busy. Read more

I pulled up to the drive thru window at 5:30PM. I waited at the speaker/microphone until someone came across the speaker at... 5:32PM and stated "hold on". I placed my order off of the Long John Silver's menu at 5:35PM (as noted on my receipt). My orderwas for a Family Pack to include 4 pcs of fish, 4 pcs of chicken, 8 hushpuppies, and my two sides of (French fries andcoleslaw). I made it to the drive through window around 5:48PM (only two other vehicles in front of me from the time I hadarrived). The drive thru attendant took my card for payment and handed it back a minute later. Meanwhile, looking into thekitchen, back of house area, there are team members leisurely walking around and others pacing back and forth. One individualwas eating a bag of chips while sitting on the main counter (typically used as the counter between the dining area/lobby andkitchen, the lobby was closed). At 5:50PM, I was asked by the same attendant who took my payment, "did you order a Coke". Istated no and that I had only ordered the Family Pack meal. She didn't say anything further and simply closed the window. At5:52PM another attendant came to the window and asked me what I had ordered. I stated that I had ordered the Family Pack mealand reiterated what was to be included. She stated, "is that what you paid for?" I said, "yes", and waved my receipt forverification. They closed the window once more. By 5:54PM I was frustrated and waved my hand to get the attention of theattendant inside. I stated that I had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes for my food and was not willing to wait any longer andthat I wanted a refund. The attendant stated that they were not able to provide a refund as they were not the manager. I askedto speak to the manager or supervisor. At that time, I was informed that there was no manager or supervisor working and that athumbprint of the manager is required to give a refund.
