Went there a few days ago and everything was closed. No signs stating there was a reason for this. When employees are inside... doing nothing or outside on their phones and smoking should have been able to let a customer what was going on so they didn'tlook stupid trying to go inside when it was to be open. All I can say is if you're going to charge $6 for a breakfast sandwich it should at least be fresh, not old and cold. I got what... was probably the worst steak egg & cheese bagel ever. It was dry, ice cold, the cheese was crusty from sitting, there was littleto no topping or onions on it. The bagel was starting to get hard. I will go in and make sure it's fresh made if I ever go backhere for another. Wish I would've checked it before I left, I will now! Read more
This location does not operate within the hours posted. The hours on here are incorrect. The hours on their app are incorrect.... The hours posted on the door of the building are incorrect. This place seems to close whenever they want. Have some decency andbe open when you say you are going to be open. Read more
I have been going to the Willow Street McDonald's for many many years. But over the past four or five years it has been going... downhill quickly. I realize the pandemic caused some of the staffing issues but it was before that that things started to godownhill. The lines are always long and it takes quite a while for the staff to acknowledge you in the Drive-Thru. The food ismost often just slightly warm and sometimes seems "old ". If it weren't for some of the deals on the app and the fact that itis on my way into work everyday I would probably avoid going here. But it is one of the only places on the way to work each day. I stopped in through the drive through to get a good amount of gift cards but in the midst of getting gift cards activated they... ran short of the number that I needed. They apologized and I had no problem with it, I also had a frappe that I order and when Ipulled up to the next window they also gave me a chocolate milkshake for the inconvenience. Visited this location 2 days in a row and have seen drive through getting closed right before 9:30PM. Bit shocked as I called in... to confirm the timings before I went and was told 11PM. Says they?re open till 11 and then says closed at 9 for indoor and curbside pickup? So I have to sit in the drive through for 20... minutes and given a horrible additude and mess up my order. Read more
