Aside from the very patient and kind manager (I assume he is general manager, he took my order and was again, very patient and I... appreciate you sir) I did not have a good visit. The other workers completely ignore and walk past you like you don?t exist. Iwaited about 15 minutes until I got someone to take my order. Just because you have kiosks open and a sign that says so? Itdoes NOT mean everyone is going to be able to pay with card. If you don?t want to deal with customers how about not getting ajob that requires you to interact with them? Some of us know what we want to order and just want to get our food and leave. Read more
Ordered a # 7 drive home to give to the boys , they both asked me where?s the beef no pun intended. Neither burger had meat.... Called and was told to bring back etc I wasn?t planning on a return visit for a while. I guess they got us on this one but Iwill not return. Read more
Just came from getting two mcchickens always add bacon and tomatoes but today I had a surprise with chicken hair on my sandwich.
I ordered an iced coffee. I saw the "lady" making it as she ran out of caramel and had to go get more. She was holding my cup... with the ice in with her index and middle finger INSIDE the cup. When I said that I saw he fingers were inside my cup she threwit away (very nasty) and made another. Then proceeded to say in a very nasty tone "here". I asked her name and she said "NO, Imade you another drink without my fingers in it, that should be it." I asked her name again and she just said "managers don'tgive out their names, leave." I have never been so grossed out inn my life. I know things go on behind the scenes that may shockme, but to see them and possibly by a manager just makes me wonder!! Read more
My family goes to this location multiple times a week for food, drinks and McCafe beverages. In the 16 years there has always... been a line, sometimes excessively long, at the drive thru. Too often you sit for 20 minutes before reaching the last window andthen are instructed to park in spot 1 or 2. Sadly its the only thing consistent at this location. Today we ordered a bottle ofwater, medium diet coke and three double hamburgers. We waited 20 minutes got to the last window before being asked to park.Meanwhile our food appears behind the employee asking us to park. We refused to park. We left the location scratching our headsas to why park us if our food is ready. Well we opened the wrapper to each sandwich and it was covered with black & browngrease. The cook evidently wasn't trained on proper griddle care. These hamburgers were inedible. When we returned them we weremet with a scowl of rude unappreciative customer service. Yes they refunded our order but I guarantee that cook continuedcooking on that filthy griddle. We spend far too much money at this location to be treated like we were. We have always beenpatient and respectful as we have many family members who are former food service workers and it can be a rough industry. Butthis was unacceptable. Read more
Ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce an got this the bun was so soggy handful of onions it was so gross couldn't even eat... it called to complain about it an was told oh well I don't know who was working so I can't do nothing Read more
I have always raved about how amazing my burgers have been from there. Melted cheese Crispy edges on my bread. Overall was just... amazing until tonight. I should have know when the lady handed me the bag and had a smirk on her face. I always check the backto make sure I have the right count of items I have. I ordered a double cheese burger plain like I have for YEARS. And they gaveme two pieces of bread two pieces of cheese and ketchup and onions.. NO PATTIES.. Read more
This place consistently has issues opening for breakfadt on time. Either their stove isn't working, short personnel, their... system is down, it seems like they have more excuses for not opening on time as a criminal does going to jail. Avoid thisplace like the plague for an early am breakfast. The manager should be fired Read more
