I'm so disgusted by this location and the Gm who I watched handle the situation in an unwelcoming matter. There was an employee... who cursed out a customer for no reason. Someone had to hold her back, she wanted to charge for this lady. I had my grandson inthere and no one did anything wrong to her for the actions she displayed. There were practically teenagers under 17 running theplace. The woman did nothing wrong and was accused of something that did not happen. That employee is vile and very disturbing.She dropped the "F" bomb over 7 times while customers who are elderly and children were there. I recorded everything and I willbe contacting corporate. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen and she needs to be fired immediately. Read more
Same consistent McDonald's drive through experience - be sure you get your entire order before you drive off.
Don?t bother going here. Terrible experience every time. I keep hoping it will be better but it just goes from bad to... worse. The last time, I got a panhandler in line, a raging overweight lady in a Full size SUV and, the weird part, they put afried chicken patty in my Mac Jr. Never had a good experience here and there?s another McDonald?s 5 minutes away on ColumbiaAve. Read more
As far as McDonald's goes this one one of the best. Super clean establishment both inside and out. The food itself is good most... of the time but a little inconsistent?. My food is not always hot this the 4 stars. The staff is always friendly here. Read more
Went this morning and asked for a Large Iced French Vanilla Coffee, Add 5 cream, 5 sugar & Extra Ice (Only me in the drive... thru) -No vanilla -No ice -Coffee taste like water -At least 3 cream & 3 sugar Is not the first time! I have order the samething at least 4-5 times and they never do it right! Last time I asked for a Sausage McMuffin -No cheese. One of the employeecame to my car while i was driving, running, to change the sandwich since they gave me the wrong one!
