I went in and bought frozen yogurt for three kids, it was over $20. Expensive, but it was good and the kids had fun. I?m giving... 1-star because the POS prompted me to give a tip. The whole gimmick of this place is you get your own yogurt and prepare ityourself. The worker literally just stands there while you do the work. The workers were friendly, but cashiers should just bepaid a fair wage and not expected to receive tips. When I?m paying $20 for three ice creams, I expect you to pay your workers afair wage. There is no service in this business model, there should be zero expectation for a tip. Give your workers a raise, and remove that tip button from your POS system. Read more

Recently came in here with a very large group of people. My fiancé's family was in town and we decided to try this place out.... Our group consisted of 3 kids, 2 teens and a few of us adults. The man working there ran everyone through the steps and flavors. At the end, one of the kids spilled their sprinkles. Thankfully the (owner/manager?) was kind about it. My fiancé and I greatlyappreciated the customer service, we know big families in a small place can be very overwhelming. The place was very cute, veryclean, and the frozen yogurt was very good!! The yogurt was delicious, and they had a wonderful selection of toppings. Giving two stars though because of the way one of the... employees treated us. He was an older man, possibly the manager, and was rude from the second we walked in. It was uncomfortablehaving him stare at us as we made our selections. Then when we paid, he tried to say my card didn?t go through, and we stillowed money. Luckily when I pay with Cashapp I get text notifications immediately after a transaction, and I showed him the proofmy card was charged but he still gave us attitude saying it didn?t go through on his end. His whole demeanor is not froyoappropriate vibes. Go to Sweet Frog instead of this place. They?re much kinder there with even more topping choices. Read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed everybite of thier frozen yogurt. Also, good job to them at keeping everything so clean and having hand sanitizer and gloves for useto get your fro yo:) we will definitely be back! Read more

Generally not a fan of Frozen yogurt but the staff was friendly and they serve a good product. It wasn't very expensive either.... On a positive note, they sell Dole Whip if you're into that. Read more

Quoting the management, ?The only Local Flavor electronic coupon that the store has contracted back in August of 2021 is the $10... for $20 that the patron has purchased from Local Flavor for redemption, and to note that coupon was not presented for yourpurchase. Also to note the Coupon Clipper magazine is the monthly paper publication that is distributed to about 65,000 homes ofwhich you are referencing, and they promote paper coupons, requiring patrons to "clip or tear out" coupons for redemption. Youforgot to mention that in the store spirit of good customer service and a one-time purchase, we did honor the coupon in questiondespite the lack of a paper coupon.? - end quote. From the customer standpoint, why should the customer care about what thestore contracts with and all the statistics, it?s completely irrelevant. As for being a customer we had come across an in datedigital coupon for Menchies frozen yogurt. If it were for select locations then it should?ve stated that. We mentioned that wehad the paper copy but couldn?t find it, which is why we searched and searched for the digital one. Why was there a bit ofresistance and huffs and puffs? If there was a more polite and friendly, ?I?m sorry, can?t can?t accept this digital code here?,then I?m sure we would be totally cool with it! And, yes you redeemed it.. in ?good spirit? but with a bit of bad attitude; itwas downright unsettling. After the grunts we gladly said we would just cover it. The retort following up on the review showsthe inability to see what?s wrong on the business end, and is geared towards attempting to prove customers wrong. Managementstates- ?The staff is always cleaning, sweeping, mopping spills, and wiping the yogurt machines all day and evening long, whichmay have given you the perception of cleaning up for the night. They try very hard and do a great job in keeping the store cleanafter each customer uses the equipment and products, keeping everything fresh for the next perso Read more

Went in about 2 hours before closing last night. The yogurt was great, but the staff gave off extremely weird and unfriendly... vibes. It was clear they did not want us there and were trying to clean up for the night (again, 2 hours before closing) by theway they were staring at us and following closely behind as we filled our bowls at the machines and toppings station. When wegot to the register, they appeared to be very unhappy when we pulled up an online coupon that they put on localflavor.com. Theolder gentlemen stated that they could not honor it and that we should have brought in the paper coupon. We said that if it wasso much trouble we would just pay the full price, and then they ended up begrudgingly accepting the coupon. We got out of thereas fast as we could, definitely not going back there because we felt like such a nuisance as customers. It's a shame because theyogurt is awesome. Read more
