The food was good, not great. Lots of chewy pieces left in the chicken scampi. What really grinds our gears, was the waiter... argued with us about sharing the salad with our kids. Keep in mind, we all ordered meals. We simply asked for plates (which areusually brought with the breadsticks) so our children could enjoy some salad as well. He summoned the manager to come tell us weweren't allowed to share the salad. Our minds were blown. We've been coming to Olive Garden for many years, and this is thefirst we've ever been treated this way. Upon negotiation (over a freaking salad), we were allowed to let the kids have some, butnot ask for a refill. Following that, our food came out in decent time. But, wait staff never returned to refill drinks, andwhen we asked for one more basket of breadsticks, it took 15 minutes and we were done by the time they arrived. Is Olive Gardenin such financial distress that they can't allow a party of 10, who's spending 220.00+ on dinner, to share salad with theirkids!? Not impressed. Read more

We went there this past Saturday at 4:30 pm for an early dinner and I'm glad we beat the rush at 5 pm. Regardless, the service... was amazing since our server was very fast with everything and checked in consistently. The food was good as usual, and theirseasonal pumpkin cheesecake was superb. I would definitely go back to this location. Read more

Food was good. Service was abysmally slow. Glacial pace. Otherwise everything was hot and well prepared. The breadsticks used to... be better as I recall but it has been years since I have been to an Olive Garden. The table side checkout is a nice touch.Bathrooms could use a refresh and upgrade. I called in an extremely late to-go order. Honestly, I was expecting them to say it was too late and the kitchen was closed to... which I would have 100%! understood as it really was super late. However, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem as long as Icould come right away since they were closing in a few minutes. So, in an attempt to be less of a nuisance I placed as basic ofan order as possible as I’m sure they wanted to get the heck home and they totally didn’t have to accommodate me, but theydid which is top tier customer service and just being a genuinely good person. So -thanks a bunch to the male manager whom Iplaced the order with and the young woman with the dark hair who rung up my last minute order. . ???????? Read more

Lady got an attitude and went and changed us to anothertable then let us stand there holding the baby till the waitress got us a high chair!! Waitress was the only saving grace . Eventhe Kitchen couldn’t get it right. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce got marinara!(portion size was small) Wife’s ziti wasa huge portion.Adult meals came out 10 mins before the kids meals? Kids got just as much spaghetti as I did . When the managerbrought them he did apologize for all the mistakes.and walked away without even offering to take anything off the bill. Amazing flavorful Italian place. Is always certain that you gonna have a delicious meal. Minestrone soup is really tasty. I went... at noon for lunch and it was crowded so plan your visit; if you don’t like waiting you can sit at the bar if you don’t mindand you’ll get the exact same service. I do recommend this place. First off, let me just empathize that yes, I know there is a staffing issue all over, and yes everyone needs to be patient. But... I also feel people should realize this type of thing can happen and it isn't ok. It is not fair to the waiting staff if everyoneisn't on the same page. Also, maybe I can be too tolerant, but this was our experience. It started off as we asked if we couldsit in a booth. Instead of just saying I don't have the staff available to seat you in a booth right now and given us the optionto wait a few minutes. We are bluntly told they have no booths. In fact, they don't have booths. Huh? Now the restaurant isNOT full and we can clearly see at least 4 to 5 open clean booths in the section were taken to. (I even would even have beenwilling to even wait while they cleaned the dirty booth.) But we are told this is the only table they have available in theentire restaurant. We look around confused. What? So as we stand there looking at the hostess, like what do you mean? She thentells us we to stand their at the table while she goes up front to ask the older hostess. She comes back, the answer is NO.There are no booths and there are no other tables. This is it.???? Ok then, I guess, whatever? We sit down at this half boothseat with a chair that backs it's self into the thruway. Not great, but so be it. Strike 1.???? As we are patiently waiting forour waiter. The older hostess comes walking around and is looking at the tables and counting. I watch her and notice that notonly 1 booth was dirty, but multiple tables by the windows are with dirty dishes. And she is obviously looking to seat anotherparty. Which she does! Luckily it wasn't a booth. But they begin to clean up the tables. Strike 2. ???? Finally, after 10 or 15minutes our waiter comes by. We order drinks, an appetizer and our dinners all at once. We then see the older hostess walk byand back again holding a container of soap for the bathroom? She must have needed to fill Read more
