First of all, the pricing is extortionate! I got the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich; I paid $12.59 which is more than what you... would pay at a competitor and the taste is absolutely inferior; stale and under seasoned. I would not recommend. My wife got theChicken Teriyaki bowl which was flavorsome, however, the portion didn?t fit the small To Go box that it came in and wasunfulfilled in this sense. I always like eating here at Panera bread but I went today and the place was a mess and I mean dirty tables and trash all over... the floor. I got the Mac and cheese and it tasted sooo sour like it was bad or something and it was cold so I just threw it outand the bread that came with it was such a small portion I definitely wasted my money going here. As a preface, I generally try to support local businesses and establishments, both with my patronage and positive reviews. I... love the town in which I live. But there are instances when my experience as a guest deserves to be recognized for what itis. My family stopped for dinner at Panera. The location was advertised to be open until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:45pm. Theywere out of three soups. I tried to order a pizza; they were out of tomato sauce. They were out of bread as a side. I tried toorder a sandwich and they were out of the onions for it. I didn't order an entree at all. I was glad that the Dr. Pepper was instock. Other members of my party had to settle for entrees minus an advertised ingredient, but with no adjustment to the pricecharged. If you don't have items or the ingredients to prepare the items, then remove them from the menu. And if you are sosignificantly out of product or ingredients, perhaps consider closing early with an apology posted on the door. I could go onas there were other guests that had similar disappointment but with different menu items. I'll find a different place to eatnext time. Read more
The cashier was upbeat and enthusiastic and didn't miss a beat, greeting me as I entered the store. I was unfamiliar with the... layout and told him I was there for a pickup order. He kindly directed me to where I could find the food I had ordered and madeit very easy for me to add another drink to my order on my way out. Excellent experience. Read more
Sunday, November 27...my first time in this area and the lady who was working on the pick up and take out orders, after I took... my order, she came to my table yelling me, judged me and and insisted to show her my phone, and I said no, she thought I wastaking pictures of her..when wasn't true...I was using my phone for a videocall to my mothet from another country but I nevertried to take a picture of her. I am not person to do or bother another people...she needs to calm down and be nice..I didn't doanything to her.
