My order was sent via the website at 9AM. It was to be ready 12:25 but not only did I have to wait for nearly 45 minutes at the... location, my order was not correct. The employee at the counter ?checked? my order and called my name but there were a few itemsmissing which I didn?t notice until I was almost home. I also had to ask for the drink cup. I will also say that at least 3orders were cancelled by people waiting in line because they couldn?t wait their entire lunch hour for food that should havebeen ready. It was very disappointing and at no time did anyone come out and either apologize for the wait or explain that theywere not able meet expectations. Very frustrating to say the least. Read more
Ordered Panera online with free delivery no promo code needed. Was informed the potato chips were sold out when adding the... chipotle chicken avocado melt to the cart so decided to upgrade my choice of side to the tomato basil cucumber salad (+$2.19)and also got a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup (for nearly $8 I expected the bowl to be filled to the top) the food was overallgood however it left a defeating after-taste that this $30 meal was half missing other than the sandwich. Also, the bag was notsealed with a sticker as is usually done with online orders from my past experiences with Panera so this was a little iffy. Read more
They are okay but often screwed up one of our orders. It can be frustrating but the food is fresh and good.
Poor selection. Spoons were dirty.
Came here to eat as I had an hour to kill waiting for an appointment. I ordered the mediterrean veggie sandwich and cheddar... broccoli soup for my ?you pick two?. The soup & bread were good. The sandwich left alot to be desired. The agave lemonade hadgood flavor, tasted like regular lemonade to me. My chocolate chip cookie was hard as a rock. I was only able to eat the littlebit in the center as the ends were too hard. The drink station was amess and totally gross. The dining area was semi-clean. Read more
My first experience at Panera. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The music playing overhead was loud and made... it difficult to have conversation. I ordered the Creamy Tomato soup, the Steak and White Cheddar sandwich & Plum Ginger Hibiscustea. The soup was wonderful! The sandwich was bread with a hint of meat and cheese. The tea is very good (it leaves a superioraftertaste and is very satisfying!) Although I thought I had ordered the "duet value" on the ordering touch pad, the cost of mymeal was, in my view, too expensive for what I received. I will reserve it for a special night out but not for everydaymealtimes. Read more
I think it's fair to say this place is overwhelmed today. I'm a regular customer here and first time seeing such bad service.... Went in for a dine in lunch with my mom, tried putting in an order through the kiosk. At the end it would not take the cardpayment, we tried 3 different cards. Fine. We go to main desk to order in person. After 5 minute wait or so someone finallycomes. A lady with handwritten tag "Carol" had real difficulty understanding what we'd like to eat on their menu. I mentionedthe kiosk malfunctioning and she stared somewhere else with her mask off very obviously trying to ignore it. She came acrossrude and very impatient. If other customers also had troubles with it, as she said, how am I supposed to know that? I'm not amind reader. Put a note on it to save people time and yourself from having to explain. I understand there are stressful days butwe did absolutely nothing wrong and her attitude was way off. And yes, we got a baguette side instead of requested apple for"You pick two". For someone who's trying to stick to a diet it was a big deal. And the salad in my BLT was lightly put notfresh, see photo. We are most likely going to another location next time... Read more
