Last time there today. Every time we go the sandwiches get smaller and the quality gets worse. 11.99 for one 12.99 for the other... and it was a complete waste of money. When bringing them over the guy dropped the side of vinegar then proceeded to pick it upoff the floor and hand it to us, had to ask for another because after falling it split and was spilled in to the bag. The pricesare ridiculous considering the size amd quality. We used to love this place but it has significantly gone down hill and I'msurprised they are still open. The hoagies are delicious, but this location suffers from it's employees not being able to properly prepare orders. Multiple... times they've forgotten mayo or vinegar, or used the wrong bread. They're also extremely slow. Ordering online has you wait anhour before the food is ready, despite no customers inside. If you can spare driving another 10-15 minutes, get food from theLititz location. We've never had any issues there. Read more

Ordered an Italian with Mayo, oil, and vinegar. Bread was stale and it was very dry overall. ALSO, where is the lettuce, tomato,... and onion?!?!? Employees were distracted with their own side conversation, so I?m not surprised that my sandwich is messed up,but i?m still really disappointed. Read more
I come here pretty often when I'm craving a sandwich. The staff is always polite and friendly. It does take a while to get the... food, but I don't mind waiting. If you don't like crunchy bread that is packed with flavor then go elsewhere (like Subway) Ifyou want a quality cold cuts and bread primo is the place for you. Read more
This place used to rock, now its simply garbage. Staff is rude, they don't say much of anything or even look you in the eye. ... Just mumble to themselves. Any time they you want to modify anything they role their eyes like you don't belong there. Iordered a buffalo chicken cutlet with some toppings on it. I got nothing but ice-cold chicken with a splash a buffalo and somebleu cheese. Completely missed all the toppings. With a bag of chips this is a $20 meal for one. Wasn't even worth $5. Mindyou I was the only order they had at the time. I took my food and went to my jobsite, got there and was disappointed. Calledthe store back to tell them the sandwich sucked and they just took my phone number for the manager and never called. Thishappened 2-3 weeks ago, never got a call. Used to be regular, now I cant stand how the quality went to south and the price tagswent to the moon.
