Used to go to the one downtown, I'm not sure if that one is closed now. This location is great! The staff was very friendly and... we got seated immediately. Lancaster is becoming a super hot spot for bars and restaurants and we wanted to check out this breakfast spot after our morning... at the Buchanan Dog Park. Context: a couple between 30-40 looking for Sunday brunch/breakfast with dog friendlyatmosphere Ambience: A- Located in the city, they have the luxury of their own parking area. The outside seating area iscovered and allows for guests to bring their pups. Inside is cozy with clean bathrooms. Very chill and laid back vibe. Service:A Hostess friendly and have text message reservation setup to show you how many tables ahead of you which is convenient. Serverattentive and kind and showed attention to our dog with water. Food: A Crepes can scare folks especially in central PA. It?snot all sweets and ?dessert-y?. The Oyler was amazing and the side hash browns crispy but not crunchy with good flavoring. Meat,eggs and cheese with sauce and the slight sweetness from the crepe was a perfect balance. Reasonably priced and filling. Bottomline: Cool vibe that is dog friendly. Lovely outdoor seating area! Flowering trees in the parking lot were gorgeous! Food was excellent! Drink was excellent! Staff... did well! Only one unpleasantry, I found a hair inside my crepe and could easily identify which person serving us that it camefrom... But my crepe was almost finished so I didn't bother to request another one. Despite that one small encounter, we allthree agreed we'd happily return to this location! Read more
My first time going here this Sunday with some fam & friends will def not be my last! Loved everything we got, including the... strawberry cheesecake crepe & the Nutella mocha which was one of the best coffees I ever had! My only wish was that the cup wasbigger. Absolutely amazing, the food looked great and tasted the same. The waitress that I had was very kind and nice. The food I got... was the Rodeo Crepe with a Very Berry Smoothie, then for dessert the Cookies and Cream Crepe. 10/10 Read more
I don't live in this area anymore, but any time I come to visit I try to get to Rachel's Cafe. Their selection of savory and... sweet crepes is excellent (their prime rib crepe is big enough to share). They have a great selection of beverages (the goldenlatte is delicious) and the service is always prompt. The next time you're in Lancaster, do yourself a favor and enjoy Rachel'sCafe & Creperie!
