We normally love Red Robin but we had a horrible experience on 11-27-22. The place was not busy at all and we assumed we would... have fast service and amazing food. All four meals came out Luke warm the burgers were over cooked the fries were limp and cold.The toppings were barely visible on burgers, my mom got the garlic Parmesan fries and you could not even see or taste garlic orParmesan on them. We had to eat our cold food because the waitress didn’t come back to check on us until 20 mins or more hasgone by, we only ate half our food and it was lousy! Plus they are serving a much smaller burger. Once our server finally cameback she wanted di bring us hot fries and new burgers. We weren’t going to eat more food we just wanted to leave. My dad gotthe fish and chips which was also cold The onion ring tower came out in a dish apparently they ran out of towers which wassurprising since there was barely anyone there. I don’t think we will go back it’s just not how it use to be which is sad.They bathroom was disgusting and filthy you know what they say dirty bathroom is a huge sign the kitchen is dirty too. I am so sorry to write this review. Typically, I enjoy writing about positive experiences. We just left the Lancaster Ave... location. This was our first time at this location. It was a horrible experience. The restaurant was empty when we got in, itwas around 4pm on a Tuesday. Our server was Kat or Cat, I'm not sure how she spells it. At first, all was well. We orderedboneless wings, two kids' meals, and two adult entrees. The server asked if we wanted the wings first. We responded by saying"whichever comes out first is fine, and that it didn't matter". Fifteen minutes later, we got the boneless wings, which isn'tthe worst thing in the world. From then, it literally took another 30 minutes for two burgers and two kids' meals. Here's thething, though. I sat there with a perfect view of the food window. I could see our plates under the heat lamp. Meanwhile, staffis walking all over doing nothing. One was on his cell phone in the dining room. One seemed obvious to anything going on aroundhim. My server? I could see her eating in the kitchen. See, if these burgers are fresh patties, there is no logical reason forthis. What I haven't mentioned up until now, I have been in the restaurant business for over twenty years. I have worked in thekitchen, I have done prep, I have served, tended bar, and currently manage. The manager in me wanted to jump up and help themget the place in line. I understand staffing issues and such. In my mind, there are no bad employees, only bad management. Theicing on the cake was when I mentioned we would never come back on our way out. There wasn't a question, concern, or raisedeyebrow. That is sad. Corporate needs to come in there and whip that place into some semblance of shape. The burgers were absolutely amazing, as a vegetarian they had such great options. The impossible burger can be swapped for any... of their traditional burgers which I loved. We got the onion ring tower, Oreo milkshakes and three burgers. We went in aroundlunch time and only had a 10 minute wait for our table which was pretty good. Then the food came out probably 30 minutes afterwhich isn’t bad considering we went on a Sunday during lunchtime. Our waitress was lovely and attentive, good job! Read more

Red Robin, Yum! Had a large party (I believe 12 of us in total) to celebrate a couple birthdays. We wanted to change things up... and ended up here. Glad we went somewhere different but when dealing with a larger party choices start to become limited. Gotto Red Robin and had plenty of seats for us to wait in at the lobby and comfortable too. We were seated shortly there after andgiven some freedom to pull up another table if we needed it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food came out in a timelymanner and they even brought out the kids meals first. Everyone enjoyed their food with no issues once so ever. Definitelywould recommend this place to anyone to try! Arrived at opening time for lunch. Very pleasant and filled up quickly. PARENTS: The spoons are top heavy for the kids milk... shake cups. Beware of them spilling. The crayons were octagonal so they don't roll off the table! The staff is very nice and nomatter who I asked for assistance that staff member helped me. Bathrooms were very clean with real soap not that foam stuff andreal paper towels. In addition the water had the choice of hot or cold water. I'm very pleased with my time spent in this RedRobin. Delicious burgers, mozzarella sticks were gooey and crisp! Screaming zombie was pretty good and Tito's blue drink was delicious!... Black and bleu burger was phenomenal! Service was decent and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Very detailed decor. Read more

3.5. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Joseph was amazing! FOOD: Food was decent a bit of flavors not there. In my opinion the different... flavor bottomless fries are a one trick pony. Nothing special, we couldn't even finish the fries on our plate. So themarketing idea is interesting but it doesn't work for me. Chicken tenders, that I will never buy again. Dry, noflavor. Roasted Chicken was a bit bland. Juicy but bland in flavor. Fried fish, tasted good, just Nothing that I would say WOWTHAT'S GOOD! LOCATION: In a strip mall. Tons of parking. I had a very pleasant lunch experience. My waitress was kind and attentive She had a great smile. My "Royal Red Robin" burger... was very tasty It is one of my favorites. However, I was very disappointed. Normally Red Robbin burgers are big and hard to getinto your mouth. I had this same burger at another Red Robin, as a take out, during the pandemic: I couldn't hardly eat itwithout making a mess. It seemed like they cut the meat in half. I use to recommend that my friends and I go there for dinner orlunch. But after today's visit, it may be awhile before I go back. Read more
