Did a takeout order for Pho Ga, got less than half a container of broth. So, I called and spoke to the guy who answers the... phone who told me its 16 oz of broth. I told him it was less than that and was barely enough for one person. I tried toexplain that I order this all the time and that it is far less than normal. He just laughed at me and told me that's hispolicy. So, after I hung up, I took out a measuring cup and poured the soup out. It was 10 OZ. Clearly not the 16OZ he claimshe gave me, and no nothing had spilled in travel, it was intact and secure. The most disappointing part is not only did he nottake any responsibility or apologize, but he was also just laughing about it. Today with all the struggles that business ownersface it?s nice to know that you can afford to not fix the mistake and treat your regular customers so poorly. One of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster. The food is always hot and delicious, and it arrives quickly. My favorite dishes... are the P 7. Pho Ga (Chicken Pho), and the CM 7. Xoi Ga Lap Xuong (Sticky Rice with Chinese Pork Sausage), but everything hereis amazing. The servers all all very friendly as well. My wife and I had french macarons catered from here for our wedding(picture attached), and they turned out amazing as well; working with Vy to make sure that they were the perfect flavor and lookmade the day that much more special. My wife & I were exploring Lancaster city and we stumbled to this hidden gem with great Vietnamese food. It's a no frills... atmosphere but the dishes we ordered were delicious and priced reasonably. We highly recommend it. Read more
