One of the worse place to go to. Employees do not know how to follow simple instructions, always cursing in front of the... customers and do not know how to be sanitary towards the food. All the workers at royals farm must be retrain ASAP. Read more
I was in the middle of a line of people, the cashier insisted I use self-checkout, then walked away aimlessly from the register.... I wanted to start a ROFO card & must have hit the help button 5 or 6 times while the cashier continued to walk around the storeaimlessly doing nothing. This to find out you have to register the card before you use it, How silly is that! Read more
The woman that was working with the food was friendly and interactive. I had an online order and there was a couple people... waiting to grab the food, the lady was very sweet and polite when asking what people's order numbers were. Love this placehonestly. Read more
Employees have a poor attitude. The store is disgusting. When it first opened everything was fantastic. Self checkouts done... work. The food takes forever to be made even when the stores slow. To get any tobacco or alcohol products it's a majorinconvenience to the employees. Overall I won't return to this store. I anticipate it closes shortly with sheetz blowing up allover Lancaster County. Read more
Had a sudden craving for ?Royal farms World famous chicken?. Purchased a family meal(10 pc dark), paid extra for cheese fries it... came out to $27(roundabout). When looked inside bag I was confused, I thought I had purchased chicken. This drumsticks andtights were the size of a pigeon leg/tight also so dry. Told employee about it she directed me directly to manager. The wrong:they should had never sold me or anyone that chicken, not for the amount of money I paid for it. Definitely not selling what ituse to be. The right: Manager was helpful and understood. She said ?They should had given you more?. They did gave memore. Needless to say thank you Manager for going above and beyond for keeping that store above water. I will not be areturning customer. Read more
Very clean and bright! Fresh food made to order. Lots of different options when it comes to snack type food. Large selection of... hot and cold drinks! Indoor and outdoor seating. Also have a car wash. Read more
