FANTASTIC dining experience! Every aspect of our visit was phenomenal. The food was simply amazing as was our service. This... restaurant is clean well and staffed. This place gets a solid four. Me and wife got New Orleans seafood meal. Talapia with a couple small shrimp on . A good sauce... overtop. Grilled zucchini and flavored rice. All were very good for about 15.00 dollars. It is not a high end restaurant butfood is very solid flavor. Salad bar is awesome and a different drink special for 6 dollars every day. Absolutely the WORST!!! Went in around 4pm for dinner. No cars in the parking lot. NONE!! Went in and was seated immediately.... Waitress took 15 minutes to come get our drink order. Then another 15-20 minutes to take our food order. No one was in therestaurant at all just us and the kids working. I say kids because they were literally yelling and swearing at each other causesomeone didn't do something right and they were blaming each other. Mind you I had a 10&9 year old with me and they are swearinglike sailors. After waiting almost 45 minutes for food it wasn't even brought out all together. My kids were served first whichwas fine. Then 10 minutes goes by and my husband gets his food. By the time mine comes out 5 minutes after my husband's..my kidsare done eating and have to sit there and wait for me to finish. Again I will stress that the restaurant was NOT BUSY WHAT SOEVER!!!! the food was absolutely cold as if it was sitting back there just waiting to come out. Couldn't let the waitress knowbecause she never came back over to check if we needed a refill or it everything was fine. I had to go up and ask for a checkand she goes oh here just insert your card and went back talking to the other 2 men standing there. Absolutely the worstestablishment ever. No manager no structure nothing. I am a store manager and also a kitchen manager and i am astounded by thelack of food service policies and procedures followed. Will never return and an absolute waste of 60 dollars for cold food thatwas sitting, dried out and flavorless. Service was also the crappiest I have ever encountered.
