95% of the time the food is disappointing. If you order nachos apparently you need to ask for them to be warm or at least room... temperature. I never thought I?d have to ask not to have refrigerated/cold nachos? ewwww! Just make them at home and save yourmoney. Read more
I?ve been to this sheetz many of times because it?s close to my home. Never had a problem. However these past 2 visits there?s... a certain cashier that will leave your items on the counter without bagging, when I ask for a bag he says ?no you can?t have abag? then proceeded to bag my items with FORCE. The second visit, again no bag, I politely asked for one. SAME response ? no youcan?t have a bag? at this point I responded with ?you said this the last time, so what?s with the bag issue? ? he replied ? it?sfor the kitchen ? really!? I responded with ?well people need bags ??? I walked off and he goes ?JOKING? apparently not if thisis the second time this cashier responded in the same manner. So my question is self check out has many bags? Why doesn?t thefront?? So it can?t be the issue however when you buy alcohol you have to use the front checkout. Is asking for a bag an issue?This gentlemen needs to be talked to if this isn?t the case. Short guy with long black hair to be exact. I?ve been to so many Sheetz throughout the state, literally I?ve lost count. This has to be the worst Sheetz in the entire... state of Pennsylvania. They take forever for MTO food, even if the store is not busy. If the store is busy, and you want MTOyou should just go to another store because the drive time and the wait there will probably be less. Stuff is frequently out ofstock (not MTO, store goods). The other day they had no cups for the the fountain drinks. Literally none. Some days theirdrink section is full and others it?s alittle lacking. This trip though, literally empty. This store has been a joke andcontinues to let me down. I shouldn?t be surprised anymore. Today 8/27/22. Barely any sport drinks (ZERO Gatorade). Howeverif you looked through the doors to the shelves in the walk in cooler they have everything back there, you just can?t go backthere to get them (although, you may as well, I doubt they?d notice or care). My experience at this Sheetz store has always been excellent. The past two years have been difficult for many companies to... maintain staff and get their supplies in a timely manner. This Sheetz store was no exception. What I found exceptional, wasthe Staff. They worked hard to provide good service, keep things clean and to smile while doing it. No grumps in this store. Sonja Bush goes out of her way to be helpful and is always pleasant. She is a great representative of the Sheetz community. Read more
I'm only changing my rating because, we got our food for take out; 10 minutes, before the milkshake I ordered. Didn't realize to... I got home it was the wrong milkshake. Other than that, the food was good. Read more
I use sheetz daily. At apx 520 pm on today's date I received one of the most ignorant cashiers I have ever encountered. Slamming... my drinks down while bagging. Not fully putting my drinks in the bag. Did not greet me even after I asked if they had a good dayand was ignored. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a disrespectful cashier and pay at a self checkout. Or go to anothersheetz a least. Does not live to the sheetz standard here. Does management even care? Every time I go here it's worse and worse. They are never stock up. Its always dirty. I feel like they can't do there jobs or... there just choosing to not do it. Where is the manager i mean how is she making money when they are all was running out ofmerchandise for sale there needs to be somebody taking inventory cleaning I mean covid is a real thing. The greatest benefit was the convenience of ordering online and picking up from the to-go rack just inside the door. Quick and... easy. Now they've removed this rack and you have to HOPE one of the employees behind the line will acknowledge you and get yourprepaid bag from behind the counter. Have to wait as they pass in front of you four or five times before they'll look your way.Food is mediocre at best, so without the convenience of easy pick up now, probably won't be ordering food in here again. Notsure why they removed this convenience just to provide lackluster customer interaction instead... Read more
