The staff here is friendly (sometimes), however, this has got to be one of the worst ran Starbucks. They constantly run out of... items and don?t share it on the app, then when you show up to get your items And it?s not there they get an attitude that theyhave to make you something different. You could also place your mobile order 20 minutes before arriving and it?s almost neverready on time, but people who walk in after you and order inside get their order immediately. Read more
The staff here are super awesome and friendly, even when crazy busy! They always get my order perfect and I never have to... sheepishly ask for more sweetener. Seeing the people working there is always the highlight of my day. Read more

I understand mistakes on drive thru ordering once in a while, but consistently (4x) making an online order for a hot latte ICED,... is absurd. Kinda sucks that this is my only decent coffee place near work. Dunkin? is just sewer water. Please tell me wherethis says iced. Honestly, this is the only Starbucks location in Lancaster that I go to. They never skimp on the caramel in my wife's macchiato,... which seems to be a problem everywhere else. Read more

Stopped at Starbucks for a latte and a scone. It was a very pleasant visit. The barista asked how I was doing and even verified... the spelling of my name for my drink. All staff were polite and I learned this location has a book club, how fun! Read more
