Horrible! That?s the best way to describe my experience. I did a mobile order and I was not even acknowledged until about 20-25... minutes into standing there. Everyone?s order was done before mine although it was empty. At a point in time there was only myfamily and I in there which included children. When I was finally acknowledged I was told it was coming up and had to wait evenlonger. Then the lady at the register called a guy a come in after seeing my family and I were irritated. The best part is hedidn?t even work there and after grilling my family and I went to the back and came out with something although he wasn?t even apaying customer. I?ve gone to Starbucks all over the country and even had to wait for long periods of time and never had Iexperienced what I did at this store. Disgusting and egregious! Read more

Always stop here before I leave the mall. It can be busy at certain hours, but the staff are always respectful, patient, and... motivated. The building is always clean and well maintained. Read more

Quick service when ordering from the application. Employees are friendly and orders are filled correctly. They're sometimes out... of certain items; but they do their best to substitute or recommend something else off the menu. They are busy, often. So orderahead on the application for the smoothest experience. Caramel Macchiato and a breakfast sandwich are my go to a few times aweek. Read more
