I?m giving 4 stars because I love the convenience of the store being right down the street from my job however, I noticed there... was a new girl who has started maybe about a month or two ago named Meghan or Megan who is really unhelpful and nothing againstthe poor girl but she can?t hear very well. Again I love the store and love being able to stop there in the morning but wheneverI get Megan I feel like I?m talking to a wall. The one time I asked for a vanilla cold foam iced latte and I got a cold brew.Like no cold foam. Also I?ve been in drive through and she has asked for my name for my mobile order and I?ll say my name(Haley) and she?ll go we don?t actually have a dally. Also she?ll be really nice which is a positive however, I can never get myorder the way I want it with her. Read more
Come here daily and they?ll make my drink right 2 or 3 days out of the week. Unfortunately the only 24hr location nearby. Last... thing you want is to spend $6 on a water after working and going to class all day. When I go the staff knows me and what I get,they don?t even have to take my order, but somehow still make it wrong. Read more
I've gone to this location for the last two weeks and ordered the nitro cold brew online, only to arrive to the store and find... out they don't have it and can't fulfill my order. Why aren't you able to simply say you dont have the product on your mobileordering platform? Instead, I've paid 6$ for a coffee that I'll have to substitute for something I don't want, and most likelycheaper than what i paid for. If they simply said they don't have it, I would just order something different or go somewhereelse! I didn't want to give the barista trouble as this seems like someone dropping the ball to get the machine fixed and nother fault, but I was told that they weren't allowed to say they don't have it online? I don't write many reviews, so it might seem odd that I would choose to write one for, out of all places, a Starbucks. While I... normally favor local coffee shops, restaurants, etc, this particular Starbucks is really terrific. Without a doubt its biggestasset is its staff: you can count on everyone there to be bright, positive, and welcoming. Even though they're working hard allday, they all just kinda radiate good vibes. That, along with the spacious feel, comfortable tables, etc, make this an idealspot for working remotely, writing, journaling, or simply hanging out and enjoying a nice cup. Cheers! Read more
Amazing, beautifully laid out Starbucks! The staff was so attentive and generous!! The cashier as well as the barista did not... have a problem with me explain how to make my Mom as well as, my customized Frappuccino's! Even happened to stop by on their 1year anniversary!! Logistical nightmare! Whoever designed the Starbucks drive-thru has obviously never went to a moderately busy one. The original... drive-thru layout was okay but you could see that any type of line would block access to the handicap parking for whateverbusiness would be built beside it (Also can't believe the center didn't see this in the plans.). Since construction did startthe drive-thru moved. This now creates a parkinglot fiasco. If you want to go inside you now have to cross in front of thedrive-thru traffic! This location is also terrible with drive-thru line control. Multiple cars will be in line to order andthen tons of empty space between the ordering box and pickup window. It's very bizarre and I have never seen this anywhereelse. The employees are very friendly and almost too chatty for the drive-thru. My most recent visit I did the mobile orderand was in line when I received the message that it was ready. It then took an additional 10 minutes to get to the pick upwindow and after taking a bite of my sandwich I noticed it was barely warm and the usually melty cheese was solidified. Nexttime I'll make sure I go to another location that know how to manage their drive-thru line. Read more
