currently has signs up complaining they can't find employees and blames unemployment benefits helping workers who have suffered... due to the pandemic. Perhaps workers have found better paying jobs or jobs with better schedules. Maybe, just maybe the issue isthe franchises hourly rate, benefits, schedule. Read more

The girl in charge when to check her hours on the register and messed up the whole system. My subs were already made and they... refused to take my gift card. I had practically already paid for these subs and they still wouldn?t give them to me. I work inthe food industry, and if something is of your error, you give the food away to your customer. They were just going to throw thesubs away anyway. The loss would have been the same. I had to have someone drive from my house to drop off cash to me. It took30 minutes for them to sort everything out. It was ridiculous. The owner of this Subway loves to boast that their a ?localsmall business?. What a joke. Go to any other Subway. Read more

This subway is right near my work so I often get my lunch there, staff is so kind and my food is always great! After reading the... signs posted in the store given the tough times of this pandemic I felt the need to write this review. We lack empathy in thisworld and that's ashame, restaurants are just as essential as healthcare in my eyes! We appreciate you!! Read more

It makes me cringe reading the other reviews for this restaurant. It is clear that some of these reviewers have never worked in... a food service environment. With that being said, I have always received impeccable service at this location. Employees arefriendly and eager to help, the store is clean, and orders are completed both efficiently and accurately. This store has quicklybecome my favorite local subway restaurant! Read more

We had placed an online order for this store since they were participating in the $5 sub deal. The online confirmation stated it... would be ready for pick up at the promised time at 6:05 PM. My mother arrived at 6:15 PM at the store. There were 2 serversbehind the counter. She waited in line for 5 minutes as the servers were helping customers in front of her. The serverapologized and said they would start working on the order. They verified to my mother they had received the online order. Shetold them it was ok and she would stop at a store nearby for maybe 10-15 minutes and would be back to pick up the sandwiches. Mymother came back and they had not started making the sandwiches as they previously stated (~6:45 PM). They told her to get inline and they would start making the sandwiches. The server stated that they were very busy with people constantly walking intothe store in which the servers were prioritizing those orders first. She was very upset, and they said that the store could giveher the money back if she wanted in this situation. My mother stated she did not and just wanted her order. The manager told mymother that it would be better to call in the order next time instead of using the online ordering system. It was around 7 PMwhen she finally got the sandwiches (which weren't toasted as ordered, and I verified on the receipt that it did state ?toasted?next to all the orders). I called the manager after to walk me through what happened to piece together the whole situation. Shestated that she was called into the store to help around 6:30 PM and didn?t know the full situation since she wasn?t thereduring my mother?s first visit. The manager stated she spoke to the 2 servers prior to my call and would speak to them againafter my call. In all, it took 55 minutes past the promised time for the order to be completed. Read more
