I didn't know you needed a reservation but they still sat me and my partner down and didn't make us feel like a burden at all,... despite them being so busy our waitress was attentive,nice and got our food and drinks out to us in a timely manner. What an incredible experience! We did high tea, and it was so lovely. It makes you try things that you wouldn?t necessarily try.... The teas were delicious and so flavorful. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. After lunch we looked in the little shopand got some teas and cute tea accessories! If you love tea, this is the place to go! Read more
Our group made a visit to ?Sugarplums and Teas* our members rated the tea flavor with 5 stars but were not happy that more teas... flavors were charged extra! sandwiches and soup got 5 stars too! Unfortunately the desserts was not as expected and rated 2stars only! Read more
First time here. My friend and I both got the Garden tea choice for a late lunch. All was lovely. We will be back again soon.

Today was our second visit to Sugarplums and Tea.... Our first experience was about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, compared to that... visit, this one was a bit of a let down. The menu selection, & tea was very nice. The chicken apple walnut salad was deliciousthough portion size was rather small. What I found disappointing was the atmosphere felt rushed and were spoken to in what weperceived as an abrupt manner when we wanted to purchase some teas to take along home. It's wonderful that this lovelyestablishment has become so popular & busy, but please don't forget how to make people feel welcome like we did at our firstvisit. Read more
