Here at Mckonly's Garage Inc. we have monthly lunch meetings. With the meeting we let the different members of our team take... turn picking where lunch comes from. The choice this time was Taj Mahal and only the one person had eaten there prior. Peoplewere skeptical about the choice. We ordered online, had some issues with some items not being on the menu as well as you can notuse it unless it is during hours of operations. Everyone found something that they wanted to try, got the food with no issuesand found the Front End staff at the Taj Mahal looking sharp in their clothes. Food got back to the shop and was all correct andlooked delicious. Once sorted we dug in and were all impressed by the flavor of it all. The meat was all tender and heard acomments like "we will have to go there again". Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back again.Thank You for a Great Meal! Read more
If you want your tastes buds to enjoy a wide variety of bursts of spices and flavors, this is the place to go! You are greeted... with a pleasant smile and great customer service as soon as you walk in and brought right to a table. We selected the buffetoption however took a menu also to try things that are not offered in the buffet. The buffet alone is amazing and everythingtastes fresh which is a plus! We got some appetizers from the regular menu that just put everything over the top! They haveamazing mango lassi drinks that you order separately and delightful Indian desserts that melt in your mouth! The service wasamazing from start to finish and the place was very clean. Such a lovely restaurant that I was only finally able to eat at this past week! I would definitely recommend coming here for... delicious, authentic Indian cuisine. Taj Mahal is always a wonderful experience! The food is so flavorful and delicious. When we were there, there was live sitar... music, which provides a nice ambiance. I order the Chicken Shami Korma, which I enjoyed. Another thing that is nice is thatthey let you select your spice level. Indian cuisine is know for it's spiciness but don't let that scare you off. They'll makeit mild if that's what you want. Also, don't forget to try at least one of their naan breads while your there. Read more

Have been to the Taj Mahal numerous times. Each time the food has been excellent. Now up to a 10 on the heat scale. The heat is... a great whole mouth heat. Some reviews that have over exaggerated with the lack of stars based on the the greeting of the hostisn?t total inaccurate but at the same time do not merit a sub 3 star review. At times remembering a customer should not see alack of energy is very important. Overall I really like this place and will continue to support their business! Enjoy!!!!! Read more

A great local spot for Indian cuisine. They have stood the test of time and are popular for take out. The spiced tea was so... good. I highly recommend. I ordered the lentil soup, but the soup was a bit bland compared to others I?ve had. We had pakora toshare, and they had fantastic side sauces. But the pakora were a little soggy and thick. I ordered the vegan Vegetable Tandooriwhich was fantastic. It was a huge portion. It lasted me for three meals. My husband ordered a vindaloo dish he enjoyed verymuch. It was a Saturday night and they had a live sitar player. If you want take out on Friday or Saturday, make sure you callway ahead of time. They had so many take out orders. Service is very friendly. The food is well done. It?s a great place, but Iwould say it took a long time for us to order. And the ambiance is family friendly. It?s brightly lit and very busy. They markall the vegan dishes. I only wish they?d mark the breads that are vegan or have one vegan bread option. Read more
