Great menu & service. I was here a year ago and resolved to return for a repeat visit. The Swordfish special was out of this... world. Last year, I had the steak which was oh, so good! Nice place. Very cozy, yet not too formal. The service was great! Our server, I believe his name was Chaz, was The Best! Their... fish was very good. The chicken seemed boiled or steamed and was not what we thought we were ordering. You better make sure.Everything else was perfect. You gotta try the fried ice cream. Unlike any we ever had. This is a must go to if in the Lancaster area. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. I had... reserved a table in their wine cellar. Cindy our waitress was fantastic, customer service and people skills are fabulous. Theambience of the wine cellar is wonderful and very romantic. The food was out of this world. We started with appetizers of theirShrimp Cocktail and Local Cheese plate. The shrimp were huge and the cheese was perfect and loved that it highlighted localsources. My husband had their salmon and I had their scallops, both just melt in your mouth. Flavors were awesome. We were sodelighted with the entire evening. It couldn't have been more perfect. A very quaint restaurant right next to the Greenfield Park makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The food was good and the staff... were pleasant and welcoming. A very American restaurant as can be seen in the decore and old world charm of this establishment. Read more
