I pulled up to the drive-through waited a couple minutes and the guy told me to pull around to the first window to order and... there?s a car in front of me and I?m waiting about 10 minutes I get to the window and they don?t even remember telling me toorder when I get to the window. The guy at the drive-through completely ignorant was not friendly worst fast food ever everyoneelse behind me in line was able to order through the drive-through. I will never come here again! Absolutely horrible servicehere they need to fix that!!! I ordered 2 small things food was OK but it was not even busy at all. Read more
MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT THIS WAS ON ANOTHER LEVEL. We did drive though, and the guy taking our order seemed nice and understood what... we wanted. He told us to drive to the next window. When we drove up, they then had us drive up to the curb instead and wait. Noone was behind us or in front so I thought that was weird. Someone came out and handed us our order, the wrapped burger feltcold and the fries were stale. I thought that may have just been the outside foil. I politely asked for some sauces and the guyseemed annoyed that I asked such a question. We got home to find out our entire order was messed up and we overpaid for what wegot. Went at lunchtime to get a salad (11:30) i ordered a chicken carb apple salad and a strawberry tea. I pulled up to pay and the... guy said i had to give him exact change or a card because he didn?t have any ones or change?. At lunchtime. Then he told me ihad to pull up and wait because they didn?t have any grilled chicken for my salad. There was one person waiting ahead of me andthe person behind me had to wait as well. There were no customers inside. We waited for ten minutes? the only three people atthe entire restaurant. They brought me the wrong drink, the wrong salad dressing, and the lettuce and apples on my salad werebrown. okay to start i guess one of the worker?s very young child was kicking around an inflatable toy, into me, around me, and not... being supervised. i didn?t mind at first, because i get it, sometimes you might have to bring your kid into work. times aretough. then the kid started carrying a half eaten cookie around and leaving it on the half wall behind where i was sittingwaiting for food, on the hand rail by the registers, etc. very poorly ran store, don?t know if it was just the day or what. allin all had to place my order twice because the first time it placed it just never showed up in their system i guess. when iplaced it another time and went up to the counter after seeing two charges to my account, that?s where i was ignored for apersonal conversation. at some point a lady even said ?okay well there?s a customer? then continued the conversation. there weremany workers to address me at least but no one did. when i first arrived when i had placed the first order another couplewalked in not too long after me and were standing at the register for 10 minutes without being helped (keep in mind i countedlike 5 people standing doing nothing) and he immediately asked if anyone was working there. i don?t agree with how he ended upacting (cussed a couple times then walked out) but honestly, i would have been the same way if they made me wait as longwatching their conversation. i?m not one to make a scene over poor work ethic, but damn, i didn?t think it would be that bad.poor experience all together, and i wouldn?t imagine they?re going to change much either. I remember a time when Wendy's was the place to go for fast food. Unfortunately, years later Wendy's has declined to the point... of terrible food and service. Today at 11:15am I decided to brave it again, but when I pulled up I saw 2 employees sittingoutside smoking and one of them was the shift manager. I should have kept going when I noticed the managers shirt looking likehe just rolled out of bed, but I went ahead anyway and ordered the classic chicken combo. The manger ironically was at the drivethru window when I went around and I immediately realized he never washed his hands after smoking his cigarette. Which isextremely gross!! Fortunately, a young lady made my food :-). When I got my food, the chicken was hard, the roll was hard andthe fries were somewhat warm. So I just ate half my food and went back to work. I understand that the days of customer servicein fast food are gone, but this place is well below average. I also understand this review doesn't mean squat, but for my ownrecognition of saying something. I will not go back to this Wendy's ever again, that's for sure!! Read more
The food was hot and correct! Unfortunately, there were only 2 employees. I was in the drive through for 22 minutes before I... ordered and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then I got to the order screen and waited 10 minutes to place my order. ThenI waited another 7 minutes at the window before getting my food. The employees that were there doing all the work deserved a paton the back because I could tell they were doing their best. Read more
Gary was great. We were dined in when very few people were in there, but our food came quickly and it was good. The employees... seemed so jolly and chill, which I did not expect from a fast food place. The kindness and good attitude was great. Read more
I understand things are tough. But we went through the drive thru on a slow evening. The person on the speaker asked me to wait... a minute and then over 10 minutes later I still heard nothing. Was about to go inside when I saw people inside were waiting andnot happy. We went elsewhere. I understand things happen. If you just let people know what I'd going on they would probably havemore patience. I know I would. Won't go back to that store. Read more
