I?m genuinely in AWE of Cheyenne. I was having a really rough day, and Cheyenne made my experience so pleasant that it turned my... whole mood right around. She was super attentive, and continuously checked to make sure we were okay! She?s PHENOMENAL! We don?tcome here very often, but she made us want to come back. Went to the 55 today to grab some lunch on my break and I was in a rush so I grabbed my lunch to go. I tripped otw out the door... and my food splattered everywhere. A young polite girl named Cheyenne quickly came to my rescue and asked if I was okay (I was!)and she offered to get me a brand new order. I asked for a refund as I was in a rush. Cheyenne asked where I worked and said forme to go back and she would personally deliver my food to my work place. Cheyenne went above and beyond for me today!! I usually don?t leave reviews but I just can?t keep my dining experience at hwy 55 to myself ???????? I?m dying to share my... experience with everyone. I had the best time at Hwy 55 the atmosphere and food was amazing! Everyone in there greets you witha smile. ???? Especially the very sweet and beautiful waitress I had her name was Cheyenne SHE went ABOVE and BEYOND to makesure my family and I had everything we needed. My granddaughter loves the burgers. It interesting, because she's a picky eater at times. I've had a few items off the menu, the... milk shakes are good and it's been a good experience. Service has been friendly and the facility clean. Read more
Ordered on door dash. There was cheese all over the foil our burgers were wrapped in and it was a mess before we even started... eating. While eating my fried pickles I tasted something odd and found there were 3 or 4 fried SHRIMP in my pickles. Thank God Idon't have a shellfish allergy. My husband's burger looked like it got punched before being wrapped. The onions in the Phillycheese steak was still raw. This was the first order we got from here that wasn't wrong but it was somehow worse. I love HWY 55but something is off with this one. Read more
Food was great, like really good. I ordered take out. Got home to no fries on my $40 order. Called and asked if I could get them... another time, they said no. Not sure why the computerized point of sale system can?t notate that with a phone number (8 years atdominos pizza). i said, ?man I even tipped the counter guy, nothing you can do?? Guy in the background said Nope. I asked thelady, ?so I just politely eff off?? She didn?t have anything to say. I just hung up. Not only did I tip the counter guy $5, myson didn?t get his tots either after we dug through the bag a second time. So 2 combos are no longer combos and I tipped. To be honest I had lost hope in customer service in the food industry. Most people are rude, unpleasant and are rarely ever... friendly. After my encounter at Highway 55 it gave me hope again. The food was hot and fresh, prices were fair and most of allmy server was amazing. Cheyenne went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one. My drink stayed full, she waspleasant and greeted me with a smile. She thanked me for coming in and went out of her way to ask me how my day was. You justdon?t get service like this anymore.
