I love Zaxbys and go there quite often but this experience was absolutely horrible. There was only 3 cars in front of me and it... took 40 minutes to go through the line. Let that sink in 40 minutes absolutely ridiculous! Then I get the food and didn?t get myextra frys instead of slaw (they gave me the nasty slaw) and also didn?t receive my Zaxbys sauce?how in the world do you forgotyour own sauce!?!?!? This is the worst place to eat. Ordered a House Salad because they removed the Caesar salad and replaced it with a Cobb salad,... first mistake. The salad I got today OMG, it's supposed to have Texas Toast nope this was regular bread and it wasn't toastedit was plain with a piece of butter on it and the smell was horrible. Salad had rotten lettuce on it. Here lately their foodhas hit rock bottom. And the service is just as bad. Kid's working in there and you can hear them talk about the customers andlaugh at them. My daughter wanted some fries well they were not fully cooked. If didn't work out of town oh trust me I wouldhave went back. But instead I'm emailing the Corporate office. I stood at the register for 5 minutes before the staff even asked if I'd been helped. Yes, if you're asking, they walked past me... multiple times in the five minutes I waited, but their conversation was too important. I could go on, but suffice it to say thatthe ladies working there need lessons on manners and customer service. Read more

How hard is it to read an order and fulfill it correctly? There wasn?t a single person in line and we somehow ended up with the... wrong items and none of the sauces we added to the mobile order. We even asked at the window to make sure the sauces wereincluded. Maybe if the employees could get off their phones long enough to read a ticket this wouldn?t happen. Read more

To-go order that wasn't ready after over 45 minutes and boneless wings were barely sauced with big dry spots of breading... everywhere. "Cooks" in the back grabbing their gross face masks and continuing to prep food or wiping their face with the backof their gloves. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mask if you get your slobber and snot all over EVERYTHING you touch unless youare selfishly protecting yourself without regard for the public. 1 experience here was enough for me.
